Yup that’s what I figured. But Gina I can’t play without my addons
Disable all add-ons. Play Cyro and PvE, see if you still get a crash. If not, slowly add your add-ons.
Will probably take a while before all add-ons are compatible. Some probably will never be compatible if you've been using an outdated add-on that's just "worked".
In any case, I'd give this till the end of the week before making any assumptions.
I am playing with 0 addons. Guild members are playing with 0 addons. People in this thread are playing with 0 addons. Zos had stated in this thread there is a crash that has nothing to do with addons.

What’s funny is that console users reported the wayshrine/porting issue MONTHS ago after Elsweyr dropped. Mind you, the problem first started as severe FPS drops after porting between certain wayshrines (I reported the issue here, way back in 2018: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/421168/fps-drops-around-wayshrines-ps4-na ). It progressed from FPS drops to screen freezes and then full application crashes over the past few updates. The problem is most pronounced in Cyrodiil, when you fast travel to a contested keep.
To the best of my knowledge, ZOS has NEVER acknowledged this porting-related problem.

Second I was just scrolling through items to decon at the Riften jewelry crafting station. That one was a freeze, with a crash feedback popup.
All addons were disabled for both crashes.

Multiply this experience by six months: that’s what PS4 players have been dealing with. No one listened to us. Everyone disregarded us. People told us to buy gaming PCs, told us to check our internet, told us our subpar icky console hardware was overheating, etc.
While it sucks that you guys are dealing with this, it’s nice to know we aren’t the only “peasants” of this community anymore. ZOS needs to fix this damn problem once and for all. We’ve all spent WAY too much money on this game to put up with performance issues like this. I just hope, for your sake, that ZOS does not leave you hanging for half a year as well.
