FPS drops around wayshrines (PS4 NA)

As per @ZOS_JessicaFolsom ‘s request in the thread about poor performance on console, here is a compilation of clips related to one issue I’ve noticed in particular:

I am getting severe FPS drops when porting between wayshrines on nearly all of my characters. This often happens when porting between wayshrines in different zones (usually near dolmens, but not always). It happens most consistently with the first wayshrine-to-wayshrine port after logging in. Some of my character names are visible in the clips themselves, except for the first two (Sarenthia, my main Altmer, and Judges-You-Silently, my Argonian healer).
The only characters NOT affected by these specific FPS drops are my stamsorc (a Khajiit) and my nightblade (who was originally a Khajiit — interestingly, the game still thinks she’s a Khajiit when I try to craft in my default racial style). The fact that the two unaffected characters are (or originally were) Khajiit is probably coincidental, but this one prefers to think that Khajiit are too sleek for FPS drops.
Anyone on PS4 NA experiencing similar FPS issues around wayshrines after porting?
