And if you don't get it, whatever. Get it next time. These events repeat.
ZOS isn't giving people what they want, sorry. There is NOT plenty of time or tickets being provided if you participate, that's the entire problem. Are you forgetting the whole reinstall of the game starting today, which will cost a lot of players anywhere from a few days to maybe upwards of a week? Are you forgetting that Indriks Feathers/Berries cost 10 tickets each and there are people who want to get those as well, and the pet/memento parts are 5 tickets each? Are you not considering some people want both the memento and the pet? There is absolutely no way there's enough time to earn both the rewards simply by playing. Buying the parts for just the pet or memento would take 35 tickets and you only get 39. This is taking into account that people aren't even getting tickets or strongboxes every day despite doing as you say, aka participating. And the people who are out several days b/c of the reinstall? They have even less of a chance of getting everything.People have been complaining about not being able to buy more things with the tickets they have - ZOS added the pet/memento items to the impresario.
They add 'more things' and then don't give us the time to get enough tickets to earn those things, which is pretty lame considering most of these items are available once a year. What's the point of having items in the Impresario to buy if you won't be able to earn enough tickets to buy them lol. It's like building a store but then pricing all your goods so high that people can barely afford to buy one or two things. And gods forbid people need to spend their tickets on Feathers or Berries, which gives them even less of a chance of earning something else.
People have been complaining that they can't get loot from bosses because people are killing them to fast or their computers can't handle the strain with 50 players all using abilities in the same place - ZOS changed the prerequisite to any monster at all to spread out player concentration.
ZOS changed the prerequisite, but turned around and said bosses have a higher chance of dropping the tickets/boxes than normal mobs, so what did you expect would happen? Even bosses don't have a 100% chance of dropping the event stuff, as has been shown numerous cases. Do you really think people are going to waste more time by going out and killing random things that have even less of a chance of dropping event items? Instead of just blindly accepting "oh they made it so any mob can drop items" you should instead be asking yourself why they bothered with doing so when making bosses drop things more often discourages people from targeting other mobs. If they REALLY wanted to distribute the load evenly, ALL mobs would have a 100% chance to drop tickets and the strongbox for the first kill of the day.
People have been complaining that they've got a bunch of useless items in their inventory that they can't sell and are just taking up inventory space - ZOS makes the fragments into collectibles.
Really? Because it seems to me the only fragments that don't take up space are the Feathers/Berries, and...oh look, the Murkmire event rewards. Which makes it so you can't even sell or trade dupes you get, because you won't get any. Literally every single other pet/memento split into fragments go into your inventory, but the Stake and Plasm? The ones that a majority of people won't have the luck or time to be able to get all the parts for by actually playing the game? This point would be a whole lot more valid if ALL items broken into fragments went into that tab, but they literally don't, so this is such a moot point you shouldn't have even bothered bringing it up. Also, as far as I know the various fragments for things like the Big-Eared Ginger Kitten still sell pretty well.
ZOS is giving you people what you're asking for and now you're complaining because it's not the exact way you feel like it should be. There is plenty of time and there are plenty of tickets being provided for you to get everything out of the event if you participate. If ZOS was really that concerned about making money, they would have simply put the voriplasm pet in the crown store and forgone the whole fragment thing altogether - it's obvious people really want it.
