✭✭✭✭Word is this may be a bigger "internet" issue, so perhaps not able to blame zos for this one, but zos, you should really note the general feeling of frustration out there. It's time to make some changes, perhaps worry less about the constant wild swing of nerfs/buffs, and really focus on performance issues as a priority for a while.
Quarterly numbers will not look good when people start leaving in disgust.2 -
