I was 19 minutes in a queue solo with tank for normal fungal grotto 1. guess thats not working 100%.

You have loyal Bg playerbase on NA and Eu that arent here as tourists looking for fast xp and plunderskulls and they are getting *** right now.

BGs still not working. It is a disgrace. At least we don't have to spam the button but well, we can't get into any BG right now.

It not just BGs the dungeon LFG also not really working waitng for 20 to 40min as a tank when should be 30 sec to a min even at dumb time like 4am it only a 2min wait.

So all of the so called new and better LFG system is not working guess we get update in 20 hours or something

I have a guild. I have 5 guilds. Nobody really wants a low-level character tagging along because they're either doing pledges or farming gear....assuming people are still online due to the latest nerfs.
dragons would be the same as world/delve bosses - 10-minute cooldown unless you go chasing them
the only "reliable" no downtime way to both level and get some loot are dolmens...unless there are 100 people doing them or random normals as a healer/tank.

I would like to be of assistance, but cant pass the loading screen.

Dolmens in alikr a good option; even delves.
There are always people in public dungeons - just piggy back and assist them.
If you hit the boss, you can get the loot when he dies.

If you're on PC there's an add on called "clutch" that fixes it. Kinda sad how old this bug is and how easy of a fix it was for the modder.

it just says "account is inactive or login not possible at this time" or something like "login failed"

First time in eso history, as far as the logs can tell that the player count has gone down instead of up, after a new DLC. Primarily due to Server Problems and poor testing.

These things happen when everybody is busy with sitting in scrum meetings and micromanaging possible workarounds for tweaking the game in order to minimize the issues - instead of actually thinking about solutions.
