After the past three weeks’ performance I would be great if we could get a more up to date official communication about what’s going on and what plans/actions are in place to solve the issue once and for all.
The players are losing patience. Do we not deserve a bit of respect in form of some actual communication about the issues with the EU server? Be transparent with us. What is causing the problems? What hardware fault did you identify yesterday and what did you do about it? What can we realistically expect in the weeks and months to come?
Holiday season is next months. Loads more people will be off work and on ESO for longer periods of time. Can we expect the same performance as we’ve seen recently?
Please communicate honestly with your player base. That would go a very long way at this stage.
