Neither. We are complaining about the terrible drop rate. I enjoy dungeons, but I don't enjoy doing them over and over and over again, and still not even getting one of the six plans. Just like the troll above you, I suggest that you read a thread before commenting on it.

As I stated on page 1 already, I found exactly ONE of these blueprints in guildstores. Not per day, but since the release.

If people would actually first read, a lot of irrelevant posts could be avoided.

People are talking out of their asses. They think "rare" just means there will be less recipes available, they don't realize that "rare" in this case means almost non-existant, to the point of some of these recipes having 0 or 1 entry on TTC on my entire megaserver, and if there even is a single recipe for sale, the price is going to be extremely outrageous, since if you're the only one selling a recipe on an entire megaserver, you can pretty much price it however you will.
