Performance somewhat related to addons? Then we have a perfect performance on consoles...I think not.
Perhaps YOU are the problem on consoles?
Both PC and Console have the same performance problems, so addons arent a issue. Adding that as an excuse to performance is nonsense.

We can only hope that the performance improvements will be significant enough to be worthwhile, as it seems ZOS will postpone some changes until they get the architecture-level optimizations done. By worthwhile I mean something more visible than whatever "improvement" removing the deers or making resource towers undestrictuble brought...
