From the picture (c/p works, you know?) it's kinda not apparent at all that they are answering about the unsigned version. Even if so, it is also not apparent they are answering about any specific state/conditions it is found in.

Not to mention the signed version (just called Tome of the Undaunted) is broken in the other two Enclaves, so there is a problem with both versions of the book. These signed copies used to work, I’m given to understand. Their activators have just disappeared.
I’m constantly bemused by responses from ZOS/Support. Do they genuinely not understand the issue? We have gone into painful detail about these sorts of things. It’s not like it’s an irreproducible error. And I am not a programmer or video game developer, but for the life of me I can’t figure out why we get an apparent budget of lorebook fixes per quarterly update, especially when players have been dedicated enough to create and maintain an accurate list for their reference (thank you, BrightOblivion) and then they go and break other books to compound the issue. They could at least go in order and fix the oldest ones first... then we’d have some idea of when we could expect each one to be addressed.
Back to filing /bugs on the PTS, I guess...1 -

I get response from them, but so did I last time, about half a year ago as well...
One can only hope.
My problem with this is: it's a miniscule problem, when you look at the larger picture (broken builds, OP gear, lag, downed framerate, load screens, just to mention a few), but its a game and any problem found by the playerbase will be reported to the creators and we expect it to be fixed.
Not overnight and hot fix mini-update next morning. But that they actually see it and takes us seriously when it comes to our dedication of their game.
For some, getting max rank in PvP is the most important thing in the game, for others its to clear all vet content along with their respective achievements.
But for some, collecting lorebooks/fishing/crafting motifs etc etc, are much more important.

They have said that For my Beloved Kud-nakal should be fixed on pts, and hopefully implemented with the dungeon drop - patch.

Sirona_Starr✭✭✭✭✭I would like to note that Experiment Journal in the Vile Manse, Reaper's March remains bugged. I have logged off and on, let some months go by, and have tried it again.
I've posted a screenshot. The indicator is it's there in the shot, but you cannot grab it. I've spent hours in there trying various methods to target and grab it.

Just to be sure, in what location is the book found on PTS?
In the place where the quest starts — just a little east of the central swamp area with human NPC enemies and their burning wagons/carts (center of the zone). That area is where you rescue ambassadors (iirc) for one of the repeatable Root-Whisper dailies. Head a little east from there and you should see the book on the ground. (I will try to be more specific if I can get back on PTS or after the update drops.) It was glowing for me like an unread book should.
Hopefully we can get the location marked in Lorebooks at some point. I will be sure to have the reporting function on when I pick it up next week (fingers crossed that the download doesn’t take days).1 -

I don’t know for sure, but I’m thinking “Lucrative Opportunity” is involved with the Greymoor prologue quest, which isn’t available yet. We often see the prologue quest starter added to the Lore Library (along with upcoming motifs) with the major update during which the quest is implemented. Perhaps that’s it.0 -
Ardaghion✭✭✭Anyone have any issues getting Nishzo's Journal from the Masterpieces quest in Southern Elsweyr?
I went to the hideout grouped up with a friend and grabbed the riddle book first, while my partner grabbed the journal. I was unable to get the journal, although I can see it as a scroll on the table. I have been able to finish the quest and got the achievement but it looks like I'll never get the journal in my eidetic memory.0 -

* Kjalnar's Research Notes Library of Incunabula, Unhallowed Grave somewhere? Sorry can't remember where I saw this one.
* Letter to Mother Ciannait Library of Incunabula, missed this one.
* Letter to Nabor Library of Incunabula, this is at the first secret boss, on the ground before grappling over.
* Icrereach Coven Note Rituals and Revelations, almost at end fight, on a nightstand, easy to miss.

spekdah✭✭✭OK found For My Beloved Kud-Nakal. Shows up as "Romantic Argonian Poem" on the ground. Location is 549,569,1200.
Straight north of Might of the Lost Legion crafting station, there is a little hut. It's in sight of that further to east a bit.

Introduction into Aedric Studies, was told it was in Imp City bookshelves. I have now been into Imperial City, both CP and non-CP for 90+ days, not lost a single day.
Grabbing 54 bookshelves in total... I've searched a total of 4900 bookshelves, and not once have I come across the lorebook...
This is the last lorebook for me (the other 3 are not available for me, after quests. and Tome of the Undaunted).
Currently at 4508/4513
Please help.
There is a very good guide of IC bookshelf locations on the 1st page of this thread. I used this loop to find all my books. When I did this a few years ago there was a refresh time of 5 days or so....so you don't actually have to check every day, but champ and nonchamp campaigns should be different instances and have different books. Not sure if this still holds true since they made it it's own campaign but may help reduce the amount of time you spend searching. Just record the name of a few books at specific locations and time when they change.1 -

The first and last are almost certainly in the unreleased prologue quests for Greymoor.
The Letter to Nabor is on the platform where you first see the first hidden boss in Unhallowed Grave.2 -

I am missing that one too (assuming it is from the Dragonguard Prologue Quest). After accepting the quest from the crown store, this letter is placed in your inventory in the quest tab. However, after you talk to Kasura the first time, it is removed, and currently gone for good. Looks like another one of these quest books, that ZoS needs to make available post quest. Same. This one and the Dead-Water Fragment.
Both are in your quest inventory for a very short period of time before being removed. You are not asked to read them on the quest. They are then removed, and no post-quest locations are available.

i think there is a fix for this one, just cant remember exactly where. buti was missing that as well, but have it now. maybe in the dragonguard trainings-area. found somewhere a horse which took me back there.0 -

Hands Off! - I know it is in the Aetherian Archive. Just haven't got around to getting it yet.
The Distributed Soul - Supposedly can be found randomly on Imperial Bookshelves. Just want this confirmed.
Dead Water Riddle Fragment - I know this one is still not available post quest
Tome of the Undaunted Unsigned - I know this one has been hopelessly bugged forever
The Lost Communion - I know it is in The Trial of the Mind in Hissmir, but you can't get back in after the quest.
It doesn't have a post quest location. Just want to confirm this.
Folly of Man - I know it is in the Study Hall at the Illumination Academy. Same as above, you can't get back in and their is no post quest location. Also, want to confirm this.

In case you don't know, or for anyone else looking for it, Hands Off! is ONLY found in veteran mode of AA, but as it's in the lobby room you can just port in on your own to grab it.
