Question about lightning back bar: Couldn't that introduce some RNG minor vulnerability and/or off-balance which would throw off your results?

The answer is yes, also you have the same problem when you use stormfist, a shock enchant or play a magsorc

Maybe too soon but what is the new numbers? Can we get a similar post like what the OP did only with the current changes? I know it takes time was just curious.

EDIT- Nvm, saw that the OP edited the post.

Current as in 4.3.2? Those aren't on pts yet. Rather, pts isn't available yet, and shouldn't be during the night, so it'll be a little while.

With 1250 stam and 258 Weapon damage Dunmer was #1 for both classes tested just ahead of Orc's at #2 for both classes tested.

Dunmer now has 1875 stam and 258 weapon damage.
Orc now has 2000 stam and 258 weapon damage.

Nothing changed for dps for Bosmer or for Redguard. Khajit gained 75 stam and 10 stam recovery. Shadow mundus changed from 9% - 13%.

It's pretty reasonable to predict Dunmer and Orc will be in the top 3 for sure, only real question is where does Khajit fall with race plus Mundus changes.

The person I was talking to didn't ask for predictions though.

I'd like to see the stats on the AVERAGE character without all the buffs/debuffs - just the raw character with standardized CP160 gear (not gold). THAT, imho, would be a more effective comparison, as (IMHO) that is the way MOST people play. MOST people don't play the meta game. They play for ENJOYMENT, not "how fast can I clear an area" or how can I max out this or that.

ZOS needs to stop catering to these Twitch (and I would chance the 1st 2 letters there) streamers who SERIOUSLY ruin EVERY MMO for the average player.

So is the lynch mob going to calm down now, or are they just going to keep screaming bloody murder?
You have the idiots who think its unfair that their race don't do 80k dps in this parse.

I only think that Khajiit termed mounts and pets should also work as companions as its lore friendly
Yes that would turn an Khajiit dungeon group into an raid but its lore friendly :)

    never go full....

At that level of play race doesn't matter because you can use gear and enchants to cover what you lack, and still complete content geared towards you. The only place these tests matter is for those trying to get the top trial scores. However, using the same exact gear, and enchants lower skilled players will find sustain races slightly easier to play.

25 parses is small? In the grand scheme of the game, yes, but to get a good sample, more the enough.

25 para, not bad. Statistics theory says that if your sample is good enough, representative, a sample of 30 equals to infinite, as far as approximation to real life results.

The debate can be had around whether the sample is good or not.

In that case the difference will be lower, sustain races will probably do a bit better.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Any plans to recheck this data with all the changes since your testing? I found the charts quite interesting...

I could of swore I read somewhere a post by the OP saying they were going to do it again. It's conspicuous the sudden silence on racial balance given the storm of threads and arguments the past 3 weeks.

The silence comes the simple fact that aside from a few minor questionable changes, the bulk of it was good, and most people are more than satisfied with 3 race+3 name v change token. Why keep storming the forums if you already know everything is fine or easily fixable?
