This thread is necroed from december 2018, maybe it should be closed so that more people dont confuse it to be about compensating todays "Events", and get disappointed if mystery boxes do not return!
This was necro'd to show that ZOS are liars and do not know what the F they are doing! Read the last paragraph!

This is a necropost from 2018. Just to remind ourselves that they didn't fix the problem from LAST YEAR

So you basically had this disaster coming to you. Do nothing about it and I can assure you this will repeat itself maybe even worse.
Funny that this is like.....today a year ago, deja vu

Nope. People can learn to check dates. On the other hand, ZOS needs to be reminded of their constant fails and broken promises.
Well, to be fair, the event this year did not require the group finder. It would certainly be more convenient to do with group finder but would have been just fine without. Obviously the EU server failing is a worse issue, but I don’t think it accurate to say they failed to do what was said last year (although certainly it is disheartening to know group finder problems have persisted for so long).
Tickets and bone dragon pets for all? Please? 🥺

The Activity Finder was not required for the cancelled Undaunted event. They failed on logging in (at least for PC EU) this year.Hahaa, my bad, right you are, did not read it all "Additionally, we will not hold another in-game event that requires the Activity Finder until we are 100% confident that the tool can support it. Stay tuned for details on that."
I agree they should be reminded about that part
