It has been so long since one of them posted I can only remember @ZOS_Edward.
I though they were supposed to fill the gap in communications as well.

I asked for an update on the PAX East questions thread, so hopefully it might be brought up on that stream. But now that we're 4 months into this without an update I'm beginning to doubt this will be something Gina will address. When she mentioned her "plan" she might have meant it in the sense that it will be something we see as it is implemented rather than a plan that she will actually discuss with us (sort of like how Rob actually discussed the plan for combat).

i have to say that with so many stuff that needs fixing on this game the only thing you talk about is that you have plans for the future and are looking into that. however you keep throwing new content and introduce even more broken stuff that keeps broken all the time. ZoS must be a very good company to work for cus with the amount of crap you do, you can keep doing it over again even if your customers complain all the time. if i said that amount of excuses at work i would already had collected my stuff and been show the door to the street. keep at it awsome work

I respectfully disagree. ZOS have acknowledged that their communication is poor. Have a look back through this thread and see what was said by Gina about their plan to update us on a better strategy on communication.
We are now into April. Nobody other than yourself is posting any rage or salt here. I hardly think its entitlement to wonder if there is an update on this or whether the plan has gone by the wayside.
Also, I don't see anything posted here that I suspect people would have an issue asking face to face!
In fact, some of the people who went to Besthesda recently, even bought this issue up with them and asked them what they have planned. And do you know what?.... None of the devs called them entitled brats for asking!

Absolutely spot on @Zypheran

In my view, most of the communication issues are resolved by ZoS just putting a little more thought into the everyday - no grand strategy required. By way of example, today we have extended maintenance downtime. Someone at ZoS has updated the info strip at the top of the forum. Someone at ZoS simply MUST have known that extended downtime will be the cause of much frustration that will be evidenced by multiple new threads on the subject. How difficult would it be to pop onto the Maintenance Announcements forum, and write a paragraph that says:-

"Hey, sorry folks but we need to keep the servers offline for [XX] hours while we [finish applying the latest patch] / [fix an issue we found during maintenance] / [resuscitate the hamster] / [something else]. We really know that you want to play, so please rest assured that we are working hard to get everything back up and running ASAP. Please keep an eye on the info strip at the top of the page."

(You have have that ZoS, free of charge).

Hopefully we'll get there one day soon.

@ZOS_GinaBruno is it possible to get a update on the state of vivic pvp performance? right now it really is unplayable during prime time and no one ever responds on the dozens of threads about it. Me personally i just want a zos rep to say hey yes we know its not working, even if the fix is something major that we can do for months but we are working on it

Since it is now April and we still haven't heard anything from @ZOS_GinaBruno on this, I think the closest thing we will get to an update is this bit from @Turelus's interview with @ZOS_RichLambert and @ZOS_RobGarrett:

So the way this is worded makes it sound like the plan Gina mentioned back in November has been implemented and ZOS is now actively trying to improve their communication. I know that myself and others were expecting a codified plan to be shared with the community on how ZOS plans on improving their communication with us, but from the looks of it that plan was more of an internal sort of thing. But at least the interview Turelus had with Rich and Rob gave us a little bit of insight as to how they are working on improving their communication.

I just wish it had been mentioned at the very beginning that the plan wasn't going to be shared with the community so that we could have adjusted our expectations accordingly since some of the frustration was from many of us expecting it to be explicitly shared. Ultimately, the most important thing we can take away is that it is being worked on, so we can have that reassurance at least.

If that is correct then I fear it will be as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike!!
If you set a goal, then stakeholders (and despite the cries of "you're so entitled", we the customer, ARE stakeholders) expect to see either results or progress. If ZOS are not going to share their plan with us or outline their steps towards progress then all we can judge them on is the outcome. And I'm sorry to say but at the moment, communication from ZOS is actually declining I think.
If they share their plans for improving communication, then I think the community might be inclined to give them more leeway to effect the change required. Otherwise people are likely to just continue dishing ZOS for their poor efforts based on only seeing the lack of results.

I spoke with Rob about the fast release of updates and if ZOS had considered doing a “Great Fix Patch” for one of their updates. He said it’s a question they get a lot and whilst it’s not off the table they as a company do need to produce for everyone and a majority of the bugs and issues faced are not ones everyone encounters or are drastically halting gameplay, as such they need to continue creating content for people who want new content to play and and don’t play at the higher level to notice if a skill or mechanic works a little wonky.

Well, I don't know if you have noticed, but Wheeler posted a big thing about upcoming combat changes in preparation for the upcoming PTS. He even stopped back to clarify things.

Finn has been seen multiple times in here going on about those dungeon things he seems so obsessed with.

Gina and Sarah has been in here answering questions and providing information on different subjects. Not everything, to be sure, but they have been in here.

It's not a cozy fireside chat, but even I can see that they are sneaking out more frequently.

The trick is to not scare them. Stand very still, and make no sudden movements.
