Group finder is broken

    This is still happening. I made a post about it yesterday. And it's not just me. Happened to my entire guild tonight during a guild dungeon event. Five separate 4-man premade groups in our guild, all trying to queue into dungeons, all still getting the "someone has declined" bug over and over. That's 20 players I can 100% confirm experienced this bug tonight. Can we please get a response from ZOS? @ZOS_GinaBruno

    Greetings.

    Still broken and uncommented after all these months, which is getting really flabbergasting. There has been a slight improvement, granted, but it's still lightyears away from being fixed.

    Just to avoid any responses like: "Oh, what server is this happening on and since when?" This is no new bug at all:
    Just to update everyone, we're planning to publish the fix for this issue in our next incremental patch on Monday.

    To point to the most consistent observation in most threads: This mainly - but not exclusively - happens during prime time on both NA and EU servers.

    It is obvious that you either do not have a fix at the ready for this or are - for whatever reasons - ignoring this issue. The lack of communication about this is stupefying. Imagine you would be selling a B2B platform instead of a game, do you honestly think any of your customers would stay? No, I don't either and for two reasons mainly:

    1. no solution
    2. and even more importantly: Absolutely no communication except for vague promises.

    These two combined are the worst scenario you can have in a CRM issue, since talking to your clients might actually condole them. So please start talking to us, tell us what the problem is, and why you can't fix it easily, that would be way better than not talking to us at all ( though admittedly solving the issue would be the perfect solution of course). The way it is now people will at best shut down the game for the night or at worst quit it entirely, as I know many have already.

    Completely unacceptable to have hours of broken group finder EVERY SINGLE night for both PvP and PvE. This is an outrageous situation that has been going for WELL OVER 2 YEARS and ZoS didn't even *** bother to admit they never *** cared about it at all. Horrible developers

    Okay here is my observation of the bug.. the timer is set to like 40 plus seconds yet if you let the timer get to about 38 seconds it thinks you denied... i have been grouped with 3 other guildmates and this happens frequently

    Here is what my game looked like the other day. 3v3v4. This makes the game entirely unfair because now its 3v7 for both my team and the purple team. 4 of which was a well coordinated group. 1 of our team members left because of how bad it was. So my team was stuck 2v7..... Just saying if y'all are going to stick with this 4v4v4 type game, it should always be fair. Sure we could have waited for someone else but by the time we got anyone to replace the 2 we don't have we would have already lost pretty badly.
