-A lot of these werewolf changes are pretty stupid. A werewolf on a siege weapon? Are you serious?
-Argonians have way too much sustain (in both stam & mag!). Nerf them.
-Wardens are massively over tuned in PVP. Nerf them. Looks like u'r buffing them? Uncool.
-This Sload's Nerf isn't big enough. Not close. Super unimpressed.
-Stamsorcs don't have a Stam ultimate. For the love of christ can you give us some identity? It's been 4 years!
EXCELLENT WORK ON THE NB, SNARE & DEFILE TUNING! BRAVO!!!
Other than that dissapointed.
So serious that they can already do this on live...

I really want that.
I noticed the Pattern: Alinor Bed, Levitating in the writ voucher merchant today on the PTS, I really want that one also. There are several other new furnishing recipes in there as well.

•Rare fish listed in Achievements will now indicate which type of water they can be found in.
•Bait tooltips now indicate which water type they are best used for.
•Fishing Nodes now display what water type they are in their name.
Doesn't this make Hissmir Fish-Eye Rye obsolete?

Are the old ones removed from Rolis and given to his assistant? I've held off on buying them hoping they'd make their way to her at the cheaper price. But, I don't want to miss out on them entirely if they've been removed and not given to her.
Dramatically improved the value of Artifact-quality Jewelry Crafting Master Writs, and significantly increased the value of Legendary-quality Jewelry Crafting Master Writs, in terms of their Writ Voucher payouts.
All Jewelry Crafting Writs received in the future will see this increased Voucher value; this change will not impact any Jewelry Crafting Master Writs already present in game.
Why are you taking away the wardrobes on Traitor's Vault? There aren't that many loot-ables in the place, or really in any other delves in Summerset/Artaeum other than those wardrobes.

If you're referring to furnishing recipes such as the Cabinet Poisonmaker's, Hlaalu Gaming Table, Telvanni Candlelabra, Dwarven Gyroscope, etc..... those are all on his assistant for 100 vouchers each. I am on the PTS right now.
Also the Alinor Ancestor Clock is on the assistant for 100 vouchers. So yes it seems they have moved all the old ones to the assistant at a cheaper price. :-)
The new ones on Rolis are:
Blueprint: Alinor Bookshelf, Grand Full
Pattern: Alinor Bed, Levitating
Schematic: Relic Vault, Impenetrable

The answer is yes. But you're loosing more than you're gaining. If you're about to break through a wall or door, it may keep you in form long enough to do more to stay in form.

Developer Comments:The range for melee Heavy Attacks now matches other melee cast time and channeled abilities, such as Uppercut and Flurry.
SO... since we are still nerfing stam's melee ranges on things, what about nerfing some of mag's range attacks? All the hits on stams isn't making this feel like Elder Scrolls Online, but Elder Staves Online since the scales have been so heavily tipped to favor magicka lately.

and that's without considering that you have to recast more often since you can no longer refresh the buff by reentering the circle...
ZOS, your simple math skills are like a 1st grader's and this is a huge nerf.

You will lose a little time if you are by yourself: gain 5 seconds every 5 seconds
With another wolf: 6.66 seconds every 5 seconds
Three wolves: 10 seconds every 5 seconds
Four wolves: 20 second every 5 seconds

As below with Blood Rage maxed you gain 4 seconds out of every 5. I timed it solo.ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »

With Elf bane's 'fix,' please update the tooltip to accurately reflect what you're having the set do, as Groth and Zaan, nice as it may be, are not, nor have ever been 'skills.'

For PvP NB got sizable stealth buffs (no pun intended):
- All other access to major defile got nerfed to 4s max, NB keeps 6s
- The new indicator for stealth detection makes cloak even easier to use
On the other side only the stun from Incap (inconsequential) and the snares got adjusted. A net buff if you ask me.

Now if u wanna incap stun someone u must use that stupid selfharm skill 1st, to have less hp% than the target.
