Why are you taking away the wardrobes on Traitor's Vault? There aren't that many loot-ables in the place, or really in any other delves in Summerset/Artaeum other than those wardrobes.

That would be like removing all the urns or dwemer pots from other delves, which would be a rough equivalent to the amount of wardrobes, since -like i said- there aren't many things to loot to begin with.

I see no fix for random resource drain bug, no balance/fix for warden skills especially useless eternal guardian ultimate.

Well done ZoS you skipped the important points again as always.

Welkynar motif is designed to be very hard to get, guess that will be going in the crown store soon then.

Thanks for pointing that out. I was quite discouraged by the acquisition method, since I don't do trials but buy from other players instead. However, if this grind is intended to sell more motifs in the CS, then I'll patiently wait it out until the pages are reasonably priced at guild traders. I will NOT reward ZOS for adding an overly complicated grind for something that is purely cosmetic in order to sell more in the CS. It does, however, mean that the MW I got last week on PC that required Welkynar will have to wait longer to get completed.

•Updated the Alchemy satchels acquired from Conquest boards or from Imperial City Tel Var purchases to include new Alchemy materials introduced in Summerset.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom May I request that these also be added to the loot table for the alchemy writ reward containers? I don't think they have been, as I haven't seen any drop from them since SS. I do appreciate that Keen Eye now affects clams and that they will always contain an alchemy reagent, though I'm guessing it won't always be clam gall or mother of pearl?

•Dramatically improved the value of Artifact-quality Jewelry Crafting Master Writs, and significantly increased the value of Legendary-quality Jewelry Crafting Master Writs, in terms of their Writ Voucher payouts.

    Yay!

•You will now always obtain a Culanda Lacquer from completing daily quests for the Sapiarchs in Alinor.

Again, yay! But, I also see that green and blue plans will now only require 1 Culanda Lacquer. So, double yay! But, later I see that they are reducing the "excessive" amount of lootable wardrobles in the Vault. So, an increase in the ability to craft these plans, but a decrease in the ability to farm them.

    Fishing
•Rare fish listed in Achievements will now indicate which type of water they can be found in.
•Bait tooltips now indicate which water type they are best used for.
•Fishing Nodes now display what water type they are in their name.

Doesn't this make Hissmir Fish-Eye Rye obsolete?

    Other notables:
    - Ability to prevent visitors from turning off all the lights!
    - Lower mat requirements for lower tier gear crafting writs
    - Removal of the superfluous inspiration award from top-tier writs

I'm so so on the changes.

WW changes are alright but I wish Fear was made into a Magic ability.
I was running Truth (probably gonna have to switch since the Off balance change to fear) with Tri-stat glyphs to get up to 30k Health so a 45% heal should hit for ~7k when accounting for CP, Passives, etc. Defile might still be a problem in general but that was always the case so it's whatever.

Wasn't expecting the dungeon sets to be spectacular but I'm finding myself interested in a few of them, just to try them out for kicks.

Sloads was never a problem for me so a nerf to a non-issue is still a non-issue.
    Snare/Defile nerfs are alright.
Siege Buffs are fine too but they really should buff Siege Shield too; More counterplay is never a bad thing

Rune Cage needed something more done. Have it break on damage like old agony was and I'd be fine with it; currently it's just too flawless a CC on a hard hitting ranged class like Sorc.

Set redesigns are hit and miss for me. I was hoping the PvP sets would get an equivalent to Slayer/Aegis buffs in PvE but the new versions are at least an improvement (minus the loss of mount speed). Overall, the changes aren't terrible but could have been better overall.

When are we going to get the floating psijic bed furnishing plan?
    I really want that.

I noticed the Pattern: Alinor Bed, Levitating in the writ voucher merchant today on the PTS, I really want that one also. There are several other new furnishing recipes in there as well.

Are the old ones removed from Rolis and given to his assistant? I've held off on buying them hoping they'd make their way to her at the cheaper price. But, I don't want to miss out on them entirely if they've been removed and not given to her.

For me it definetely does. The only reason to use it still would then be for the glow if the nodes are hard to see like some in summerset.

Super excited about a lot of these changes, "wait and see" toward a number of others, but regarding the redesign of Cyrodiil's Ward:

Could we not take out the boost to mount speed? Please? Cyrodilic Horse Simulator 2018 is already plenty slow enough, even with that mount speed boost - after all, Cyrodiil is a big place. Please don't make us spend even more time crossing it.

If you're referring to furnishing recipes such as the Cabinet Poisonmaker's, Hlaalu Gaming Table, Telvanni Candlelabra, Dwarven Gyroscope, etc..... those are all on his assistant for 100 vouchers each. I am on the PTS right now.

Also the Alinor Ancestor Clock is on the assistant for 100 vouchers. So yes it seems they have moved all the old ones to the assistant at a cheaper price. :-)

The new ones on Rolis are:

    Blueprint: Alinor Bookshelf, Grand Full
    Design: Alinor Grape Stomping Tub
    Formula: Artist's Pallette, Pigment
    Pattern: Alinor Bed, Levitating
Praxis: Alinor Gaming Table, Punctilous Conflict
    Schematic: Relic Vault, Impenetrable
    Sketch: Figurine, The Dragon's Glare

All are selling for 125 vouchers each.

    Hope this helps!

All Jewelry Crafting Writs received in the future will see this increased Voucher value; this change will not impact any Jewelry Crafting Master Writs already present in game.

    So this sucks....

It should be retroactive. WTF. So anyone lucky enough to get a legendary crafting writ is stuffed. Nice.

For people complaining about lack of 'Class Rep' changes/balances in this update... ZOS never said these would be part of this DLC so stop putting your own assumptions into the game and listen to what ZOS says... or doesn't say, in many cases.

They just recently had the meetings with class reps, this DLC was already in the works along with pre-planned changes... I wouldn't expect any real balance changes until late(r) this year.

[*]Decreased the range of Two Handed, Dual Wield, One Hand and Shield, Unarmed, and Werewolf Heavy Attacks to 7 meters from 10 meters.
    Developer Comments:
The range for melee Heavy Attacks now matches other melee cast time and channeled abilities, such as Uppercut and Flurry.

SO... since we are still nerfing stam's melee ranges on things, what about nerfing some of mag's range attacks? All the hits on stams isn't making this feel like Elder Scrolls Online, but Elder Staves Online since the scales have been so heavily tipped to favor magicka lately.

      About defile duration
On sets I can see why they nerfed durations to 4 seconds down from 10. Ok, fine.
But for reverb to get such a huge nerf - its complete bs.
Skill cost quite a lot stamina anyways, now you pretty much 2.5x nerfed it.
Reverb should have longer defile duration since it is a expensive skill to use. Make it 8 seconds or so.

For PvP NB got sizable stealth buffs (no pun intended):

      - All other access to major defile got nerfed to 4s max, NB keeps 6s
      - The new indicator for stealth detection makes cloak even easier to use

On the other side only the stun from Incap (inconsequential) and the snares got adjusted. A net buff if you ask me.

Now if u wanna incap stun someone u must use that stupid selfharm skill 1st, to have less hp% than the target.

Ha, more Nightblade nerfs, ha ha, that's funny and new... -.- Sometimes I wonder if ZoS finds themselves physically capable of buffing Nightblades.

For PvP NB got sizable stealth buffs (no pun intended):

      - All other access to major defile got nerfed to 4s max, NB keeps 6s

I dont think I would go that far. Can still stun with surprise attack. Only issue is if you like to cloak right before incap for the crit, if you arent already stealth, you will have to hit cloak again after the surprise attack to get the crit. Double the magicka cost on the combo but you're going to have them off balance and major fracture. Or you could use fear to drop block and limit dodging in stead for a little less magicka but I hate the running away.

Global snare nerf, gameplay will be more fast paced yay :)
I used to think that PvP was a tragedy, but now I realize, it's a comedy.
