That's actually really funny! I wouldn't fix that one
No, I am not new here. We thought they would fix the freezing with the last patch. They did not. I am being optimistic because pvp guilds are dying. It is very sad.

@ZOS_GinaBruno here's some advice for the devs. I'm a Windows Server engineer for a 20 billion dollar company and manage and support thousands of Windows servers. if we were having stability issues like you guys are having stability issues and it affected us making money we would have had this problem fixed nearly immediately. you guys have hurt your customer base so badly within the past month that you need to stop the bleeding. at this point I would just take all the PVP servers down until the issue is completely fixed. get it migrated to new hardware and the player base will thank you once it's back up and running smoothly again

psst...linux is better j/k
Hard to know if its a hardware or a software problem(s)....they "might" be able to buy a little time just throwing hardware at the problem(assuming they are not already running the highest end hardware already).
It’s amazing that people do cartwheels in this thread when ZOS speaks. We shouldn’t have to be going cap in hand for an update to ZOS via the forums. How about some proactive communication via email to evey player ? Easy thing to do and would take 5 mins. I’m sure you guys use some sort of CRM for mailing.
If I blanked my customers and never provided any feedback or communication to their issues, I’d be out of a job.
