What non-combat pets do your characters use?

I have a pet cat called Woeler.

It has a secret passive that let's it tank enemies within a 1 mile radius.

I prefer combat pets to non-combat... In Oblivion I made a pack of 5 or 6 Skinned Hounds following me - they had a collision with everything, including me and their pack members, so it was such a mess

But I loved them so much! I wish I could have at least 1 of those hounds to fight for me here

Unfortunately, skeletal mounts and pets looked not even slightly as cute and cool as Skinned Hounds...

In ESO, I just fell in love with Sep Adder, such a cute little snake

Here my brave snake sees a dragon and tries to intimidate it, while I try to persuade my pet to calm down and come to me:

Started running with a trial guild and pets, costumes and so on where forbidden, seems like pets caused some problems in the past when doing trials...I forgot to turn them back on again quite often and at one point i noticed that i didnt miss them

My main red guard stamplar is currently using the grey massif from free crate to match the black lion from free crates was the baby griffin before .
My high elf sorcerer is using the baby nightmare sench cub to match the pre order nightmare mouunt and thinking of the flaming skin .
My high elf warden uses the free fox along with the free psijic bear mount until I get this months daily reward pet .
But I switch them quite often depending on my mood .

I believe they mean the Loyalty reward one PCs got in year one..

I use the Fennic Fox. she is so cute, making small random noises, but they also arent overly annoying like the Frogs fire belch is. Which fox I use depends on the character. My Ice tank Warden uses the Arctic Fox, my dark skinned Orc StamDen uses the Dusky Fox.

I would love to see more of this world bets too, bunnies, squirrels, badgers. I'm partial to any of them that are small enough to not be noticed by the people who think somehow pets are affecting there lag.

My main dk has a fennec fox (tan version, though right now I have the dusky one out due to newness). He just suits her Redguard desert vibe.

My altmer sorc has a black cat, seems right for her.

My breton dk has a black senche. He's a fop who overcompensates a bit so of course he has a big deadly pet.

My khajiit warden has a small jackal.

My imperial templar has an armored mastiff.

I don't offhand recall what my imperial nightblade has, because no pet has quite seemed like something she'd actually keep around so she gets whatever I RL find fun at the time and it's not IC for her.

Stonefire Scamp for my toons because each motif I use have all black & dark grey color schemes.

I also as of late have been changing out for the Magma Scamp when I use my PvP-DK with my Skoria helm/shoulder displayed for color coordination (goes well with the new manelord senche mount too).

Some of them look cool. But unless they actually do something I've never considered "non combat pets" worth the extra space they take up crowding my screen.

It would be nice if they actually did something besides look cute or cool. Maybe pick up loot for you or provide some kind of reasonable buff.

Most of my 15 toons have a pet that fits their unique personality and life style--for one or two, that's having no pet at all. I just pick through the ones that I've gotten through gameplay or from game gifts and choose what's closest. There are a couple I have not found THE perfect pet for, so am just using something almost right. My toons are all role-playing expies so I already knew their tastes before I brought them into this game and I know when the game drops something right on me by how excited I get about it. ;D

The exception would have been the Great Dane, or whatever the ESO version is. Apparently I missed a 4 day window to buy one. It's unfortunate, they're such awesome dogs.

Since I focus on character concept and design, everything I do with them is connected to who they are in some way.

My first character, for example, has gone through multiple pets. When the game first came out, there were no such thing as crown crates, and if you wanted a pet you had to buy it with money. I was like "uhm... no," so the only pet I had was one I got from buying the game - a little scuttler. It didn't make sense for him to have one, though, so I didn't use it. With Cadwell's Silver, he found himself in regions with populations of these little guys. Thus, he got his first pet. Later, he assembled a Dwarven theodolite during his expeditions to Vvardenfell, which is his current companion. He may also occasionally be seen in the company of cats. Cats like him, for some reason, and have been know to have strange properties like the ability to walk on lava without all of their fur being burned off. Perhaps his Altmer magic protects his furry friends from incineration? Who knows - he hasn't taken the time to sort out the mystery. Most of the time his three cats are busy making a mess of his house. They refuse to sit still enough for protracted magical analysis.

Another tale of pets on my second (well, technically third) character. A black dog, who once caught a black cat slinking around in Shornhelm where she did not belong. The sleek black Khajiit was so engrossed in her acts of larceny, she did not notice the presence of the black dog until it barked and nearly made her jump out of her skin. She yelled at it to go away, but the dog kept chasing the cat. "Stupid dog... you saw nothing!" was a common utterance out of the Khajiit's mouth as she pilfered lockbox treasures, noble pocket lints, and other goods acquired completely legitimately (Khajiit is innocent!). The dog was a problem, so Khajiit built a cage. The dog stays locked, in the cage. Every so often, the dog escapes the cage somehow. Khajiit is convinced it is her friends playing tricks on her. She found a much more rougish companion in the guise of a black fox, a pet who actually comprehends the concept of sneaking and doesn't bark the moment it spots a human who might pet it. Occasionally, Khajiit may be seen with a strange senche-kitten that has blue glowing stripes. Do not ask her where she got it. You do not want to know.

The colorful stories go on from there. What can I say, story is my favorite thing.

Cats: Abecean, Mage cat, the white one Milady, Ginger, housecat, all the ones I have, I use them all.

@ZOS @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom the Siamese Cat PLEASE, it's already there.

One of my characters has ponies, the Dire or the Sparkling (I use for her that nice addon Random Mounts that also works for pets so they randomly change).

To another one the Sep Adder, I like snakes and that fits him or the big senche White Tiger, that also fits.

Though my absolute favorite and most used are Cats. And I wish to have the Siamese.
