It's been almost a month

I have to be in the mood to get beaten around by the game and I got thoroughly distracted by the Anniversary Event.

But I'd just made it to the 5th arena, so now I'm starting to get the itch to go in and try it again...

I've tried it this week

Farmed vMA to get a lightning staff for my third account during the free ESO+ weekend. Got the staff and some weekly decon mats. My two main accounts ran vMA back before transmutation was a thing, and I never deconned the off-trait weapons... so I don't have a reason to go back, except to get the skill point on a new character.

I´ve ran it regularly up until thieves guild patch on 5 different chars/specs.

I´ve only done it once since then shortly after morrowind.

It´s dead content and i personally think that´s a shame. The game should promote revisiting old content more every once in a while.

I've tried it this week

I've tried it in the past 1-2 weeks with my MagDK, but after ~20 deaths and encountering some bugs (stave heavy attacks getting stuck, weapon swap not working, tried using ultimate a couple times and it only consumed resources but no ultimate power, enemy telegraphs shown in one direction but the attack hits in the opposite) I promptly logged off and played a different game for a few days. I don't play games to get annoyed, if it's not fun I just don't do it. And I don't need the weapons bad enough to go through that *** just for RNG to give me trash.

I made it to the "spider stage" and would've got past it, but when the final boss was at ~100k health I popped ultimate and it only used resources but didn't activate - so I died... That's when I logged off and decided to do something else.

On a side note: I recently seen a <300cp player with the Stormproof title in a vet dungeon. I thought it was strange because they were really struggling, couldn't follow the mechanics or stay alive. How in the hell can you do VMA but can't do a non-dlc vet dungeon!?

Yesterday for a weekly reward and I finally got my Battleaxe. It's the one piece of gear that evaded me for roughly 100 runs. Already have flawless so there's truly no reason for me to go back in there. Rest in peace Fa Nuit Hen, I never need to listen to your *** again.

Cleared it a few times and to be honest, I a game I adore, there is a circle reserved in hell for whichever sadistic little imp created that thing. A friend has run it nearly four hundred times, all he wanted was a fire staff... he never got one, it’s not that he didn’t get the right trait... he never got a fire staff at all

after getting flawless on eu said id never go back in, had all the weapons anyway. been playing on na recently though and need the staves, no luck yet though. vma is a pain 220cp lol.

Unfortunately the only time I can get through the entirety of VMA "relatively lag-free" is very early morning - and even then I will often encounter lag anyway. Not really thrilled about getting up at 4am to do that.

Completed Vet a few times and then never went back because I refuse to play content that is nothing but RNG one shots and non skill based luck of RNG or Lag or Bugs....

ZOS need to tone down this RNG one shot crap and make content challenging in other ways.

Tried it at 300cp, got to the 3rd stage. I gave up as I knew I wasn't a good dps, high enough CP or skilled enough. I'm a tank main, I respec specifically to try VMA, just basic gear like hunding rage.
Now I have more decent gear, trial gear ect, I might give it a go again on one of my DD alts at some point, then respec my main to just complete it for the in game achievements.
i'm not in a rush to do it as I am not a good dd and really that is the only role that can benefit from the weapons.

Its bad content. Its spawn kill the add's or be killed. Would be nice if it actually had more thought put into it then just a dps test.

I tried no death and failed, but meh, not really bothered as I like to play with other peeps.
