Would you be so kind to do some reading? Everything was already explicitly explained by Gina.
And everything IS said about fixing: they're fixing it right now.
Hello friend could you give link to details?

Oh, I see you're so special, that you need the direct explanation... Well, we, the humble crowd, have already seen the message from Gina. But as for you, Your Majesty, you can stay waiting for a personal one.

The're quite busy now solving the problem with Steam. ZOS servers are working. My friends are doing dailies in Cyrodiil now (EU PC). The problem is on the Steam side. And be sure, ZOS are doing everything to get things work. It is ZOS who is inetersted in steady work MOST of us all.

We care very much, and want nothing more than to have everyone be able to log in to play. We're actively working with Steam on this issue and hope to have it resolved as quickly as possible.

I know but an update after 12 hours maintenance is all we need.
Even if it is every 30 minutes

Once something will be clear, Gina will give us a note. If there are no news, Gina has nothing to tell us.
