Steam account can't login: "Server connection timed out please try again later"

This is somekind of a bad joke from ZOS!
I mean we are nearly 12 hours mark and we cant play the game.1 -

Even I really would want to play, my day off´s and all, but tbh, I kinda feel for them, they probably not siting and just sip coffee. Im shure they trying to fix it and situation make them mad as well, I really hope they get top of it, those downtimes do no good for game community. I would love to be able to log in but I can find other things to untill they fix issue.1 -

I'm not bashing steam, but I'm frustrated, because If I have bought ESO from website instead of Steam, I would be playing right now. No matter If it's steam's fault or zeni's, I just regret my decision, because I didn't know that there would be issues.PC/EU2 -

I found it weird that Steam stats doesn't reflect that all players can't login.
