It's Been 3 Years Since we had a PvP DLC

They really just need to fix PVP - 2 things mainly:

1. Cyrodill performance. Even if its as simple as lowering the primetime pop-caps.
2. Seperating premade and solo queues in BG's. I can see they would be afraid that it makes queues longer as its harder to find matches within each 'bucket' - but really, I wouldn't be surprised if 90% of players still doing BG's are in premades - so really all it would do is bring a ton of solo players to that game-mode - which would be good since it appears to be the only part of PVP they are putting any effort into developing. It really does currently only cater for a very small population of PvPers - yet 90% of the dev's PVP resources seems to go into it /mind boggles..

Then they can start on content.

I concur, splitting pop further would not be cool.

Let's just incenticise current areas better. Gold BOP WP/Ag/En jewelry in IC for fragments, better PvP rewards

But more so make the campaign mean more. Make scrolls mean more, make emp mean more (but cutting alliance switching/boosting)

There's only so many ways you can kill each other. If battlegrounds doesn't count, how about you give them some ideas? If you can even think of any, because I'm almost 100% certain, that zos can't think of any either...

Here’s an idea I would gladly see as a DLC, or part of a chapter. Bear in mind that I’m mostly a PvE player, but I can see that PvP is being a bit.. neglected.

A new zone, somewhat smaller than Cyrodiil, but with a similar idea going on, 2-3-4 factions (independent of alliance) fight each other over the control of the region. Basically a mini-Cyrodiil with its own mechanics that make it more interesting. Possibly add a new dungeon or trial to the area so everyone will get something, apart from standard quest hubs/delves. It could be in Black Marsh, or Elsweyr, whatever you’d like to see.

Feel free to add your ideas or voice your opinion. Obviously it’s not a flawless idea as of yet.

Improvement to cyrodiil would be better than a DLC cut out twice last night gave up because I have to keep logging into another character to allow my other character who is "locked" after freezing in cyrodiil to get unlocked. Problem is soon as I went back in on her again she froze haha.

^ I dont think it does but your right, those additions cant be ignored (also dueling).

Pvp needs a lot of love in the sense of more open world activities. I think it would the same as if on the pve side, the only new content were dungeons.

Ic sewers just needs more rewards. Maybe a gold vendor during the week thats uses tel avar and gold or allow keys to be used in other dungeons.

Adding small pvp zones to some of the maps, with an objective could effect the rest of tameriel add more purpose.

Honestly, at this point I just want them to change up the map for Cyrodiil. I don't know about anyone else, but I am tired of fighting at Chal, Bleakers and Alessia Bridge.

Also new sets in PvE can be used in PvP, so it's not like you don't get any content at all. Didn't they include a new Battlegrounds game mode with a recent Free DLC as well?

Chapter is just a fancy word that means Fake Expansion or aka DLC.

You know, an update that is actually focused on PVP and improving it. Performance is trash, cyrodiil is designed for a game that doesnt even exist anymore, map is too big, no one cares about objectives, gameplay is trash, rewards are trash, half of the map isnt even used, hell they never even bothered to change the layout of the keeps. All they ever did for cyro was put 3 towns with 3 flags and thats it. Because thats what PVP needs. A **** flag.

Then you have IC, another zone with PVP that is completely empty, no motives for PVP or anything and all they ever did to "fix" it was put a stupid flag in the districts and called it a day. Because thats what PVP needs. A **** flag.

Then they threw duelling in the game. And thats just it. They threw it in. A **** flag in the middle of two players. Not structured or anything. No rewards, leaderboards dunno something that would actually make you want to duel. Hell you cant even challenge people to duel in cyrodiil.

But no no, how dare you people asking for anything PVP related. You got BGs a year ago with a screwed up queue system and screwed up leaderboards that they dont even bother to make better. You dont deserve anything else.

Can we get an update that isnt just a motherf**** flag?

Imperial City was never a pvp dlc, it was a pve grind dlc.
