...off balance immunity lasting possibly up to 20 seconds long sounds like a buff?
That's like... a massive decrease to up time by the sounds of it.

You are reducing dmg of all gap closers..Even poor WW got nerfed:We’ve decreased the damage values on numerous gap closer abilities – not just Teleport Strike, but other charge abilities such as Critical Charge or Focused Charge as well. Gap closers in ESO have no cooldown and can hit for extreme amounts of damage, so there is very little opportunity cost in forcing your enemies to use them. Decreasing their damage ensures that ranged players utilizing movement and terrain to maintain their distance are better rewarded for that advantage. You know... Sorcerer has gap closer too.. so why there is no mention of this in patch notes ?Pounce: Decreased the damage dealt by this ability and its morphs by approximately 16%.
Gina, don’t play with me... is that any costume?ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »Level Up Advisor

Skills Advisor
This new system makes recommendations on how to spend skill points based on the build you select. You can use this system to mold your character as you’re leveling up, or to help you re-specialize your build after reaching max level. To support this system, we’ve made some adjustments in the UI:
- The Skill menu has been modified to accommodate the Skill Advisor system. Abilities and morphs will now be listed as recommended based on the build selected.
- Morphed abilities will now display their base ability name in their tooltips.
- Note that the Skill Advisor can be toggled off at any point.

Sorry man but you are the one that needs to go back and read. Power lash was and is magdks main damage and sustain. Only comes from offbalance. Now that off balance is nerfed by a metric F ton of cooldown, guess what. No powerlash BB.

Anyway - the dmg is not the problem... single gap closer did not kill anyone yet at 100% health...
It is combo gap closer + CC
So technically this nerf is pointless and btw. - almost all skills have 0 cool-down not only gap closers...
btw. Sorcerer also has gap closer that stuns you... even in pvp.. did streak dmg got reduced too ?

Battlegrounds
- Increased the Alliance Point rewards for your team’s placement in Battlegrounds. This equates to the following:
- 100% increase in AP if your team comes in first place, or a new total of 12,000 AP
- 175% increase in AP if your team comes in second place, or a new total of 11,000 AP
- 400% increase in AP if your team comes in third place, or a new total of 10,000 AP
Because everyone deserves a trophy... *rolleyes*
This is a decent move for trying to get more people playing BGs but seriously... a difference of only 2k or 1k AP for winning first place is kinda lame. If you are increasing the AP by 400% for third place and 175% for second, it takes away from the reward of winning first. Give first place more or cut the increased gains for second and third. Participation trophies are lame.
The 10k AP for participating is not the problem, as long as players only receive upon completion of the match. Losing a BG match ought to grant more AP than the amount of resources you can capture in that time. But yes, winning first place ought to grant much more than a 2k bonus.
I don't agree, actual alliance war in cyrodiil should award more AP in all circumstances. Capturing cyrodiil objectives contribute to the actual alliance score and campaign. BG are just foolish games distracting from the actual war.
