Stalked by quest givers

That godsawful dog and its horrible whining sound makes me want to poke my own eardrums out with a pencil. And I don't appreciate being made to want to kill an innocent animal. I don't hate dogs, ZOS, don't make me act like I do.

But then that leaves your quest giver in some random location where you'll never find him when you finally decide you want to pick up the quest-line again. You'd be searching for that quest-giver for hours if you don't remember exactly where he was when you dropped the quest-line. That's not a good option if you know that you'll eventually want to complete the quest-line.

I agree Stuga is probably the most annoying stalking npc, approaching from far away just to tell the same quote to all characters. Please make her killable .

No... the absolute WORST is when you're trying to get all the Main quest stages done one after the other and you have to LEAVE and go to the nearby city in order for the Prophet (or scamp) to appear. Okay, I get that the Main quest stages were originally supposed to be level-initiated, but since they brought in One Tam they should have changed this as well. Just give me the next damn quest, you idiot Prophet, while I'm standing next to you!

I am stuck with all the DLC intro quests, the vvandenfel questline, cadwells gold questlines, the quest lines of the DLCs, all the PVP and battlegrounds quests. Dailies when I bother to pick the up. Maybe I'm just that tolerant (or desensitized) that it doesn't bother me at all.

Also, how tf are people reaching the quest cap? I run thru quests like a hot knife thru butter that I've never had more than 10-15 active quests at any given time on any of my characters.

The alternative--and you KNOW this is truth--is people whining about missing quests because the game didn't put the quest giver literally right in front of them and they have no clue how to find them.

This was the main reason for me finishing the main story line. A. I was tired of being called Vestige and B. I got tired of being reminded that I didn't have a soul and my real life anxiety couldn't handle it anymore.

I like Stuga cause... I always forget about her, and when I enter the town (not via wayshrine), do my business and then stand still deciding what to do next, she slowly appoaches - slowly - and than says... This phrase together with slowly walking to me through the whole town is hilarious

All other quest givers who chase my alts I consider annoying though

Don't remove the limit. I would end up with so many quests I would never find the one I actually want to do, but maybe raise the limit?

There's another kind of quest giver, his name is Alessio Guillon. That's good guy. Although you can meet him in every inn/tavern, he doesn't bother you. Stuga and others could learn etiquette from this guy.

I understand having them available for when you want to do the quest line. What is annoying is what they say and the fact that they say it every time they see you. Just let them chase me all they want and be everywhere, but PLEASE SHUT THEM UP! Quite honestly, I don't care 'how long you have been looking for me' or if 'we need to talk' or not. I am smart enough to see the quest marker over your head and if you continue to be in every town I am then I don't think I will miss your quest when I am ready to do it.

I agree it adds immersion. The same with multi-part quests having the NPC show up in different places. The old school way is to have quest givers stand still for their entire career.

being able to murder them would add immersion as well.
