Stalked by quest givers

ZOS, can you please change these quest givers in the main towns to be in a fixed location?
Everytime I am on a new character, I keep being followed around town by that dog in Glenumbra and that annoying Orc lady thats been looking for me.
Same with the fighters guild person in Wayrest.

Please make it stop! I know where to find them if I want to do the quest.

At least someone is chasing me for a good reason. Not like the usual "Pay the child support" or "Have you ever heard about - insert religion, pyramid scheme, etc here -"

I think a lot of the dialogue could use a, ah, frequency adjustment. "Stranger, may we speak?" "DID YOU GET IT DID YOUR INVITATION ARRIVE" "Can you believvvve we have to registerrrr to enterrrr the cityyyy?" please stop

Just talk to them, then ignore them. They will stop chasing you down.

I asked a guard where I might obtain a restraining order. His reply was to " move along". When I asked again he turned me into a pile of dust.

The major problem is the quest log limit or you'd just pick up all these quests and move on with your life.
I am stuck with all the DLC intro quests, the vvandenfel questline, cadwells gold questlines, the quest lines of the DLCs, all the PVP and battlegrounds quests. Dailies when I bother to pick the up. I am sitting at 21 active quests or something to make people stop hassling me... I hit the limit when i pick up my writs.. its a pain, please remove the limit.. or raise it if you have DLCs and chapters.

The worst is the guy in Riften. He'll follow you literally everywhere, even down to the closed basement of the Mage's Guild when you're doing the Mage's Guild quest-line.

Yeah, but there's only a 25-quest limit, from what I remember, and those will take up quest slots.

I agree it adds immersion. The same with multi-part quests having the NPC show up in different places. The old school way is to have quest givers stand still for their entire career.

Edit: But that quest is fun, AND worth a skill point, so sometimes I just stop and do it right away.

Most of those quests just need you to talk to someone else. Once you get a completion, don't talk to that NPC anymore.

Should the quest limit be raised? Yes, but there are ways to deal with these Quest Givers. I know because I have done it on several alts.

Already did the quest on alt(s). No need for panhandling here. Just in town for repairs and guild store, since the gimped assistants cannot do that at my house.

The worst part is that you can't turn down or even abandon main questline quests. My vampire assassin has no interest in helping some old man!

Also the guy at Bergama. Chases after us at two different locations, when heading there for the signal fire sprint. As for the orc, really wish we could use the blade of woe on her.
