I mean, I've had some fun with dungeons, and knocked off a few that I'd never gotten around to finishing on various characters, but I've had pretty horrible luck on the dice rolls, overall.

I got 4 different costumes and the horse, and a couple CWC recipes, running on 8-9 chars a day, which isn't too bad. I could care less about that ugly dog but if I get it I won't complain.

what costumes did you get? as far as i know there are 4 - the smith, the chef, the shaman and the hunter?
i ve only gotten the hunter one- would be damn pleased to get all 4. have run it each day , 3 days now- on 10 toons- so 30 runs in all.

This is torture. I have never hated any in-game event more than this one. All I want is the Dark Shaman costume. Why couldn’t they have just let us grind currency to get the rewards and save the 20 houses for this crap RNG? In a choice between tedious grinding for currency and tedious grinding for RNG, the answer is obvious. They know this, hence why they introduced transmutation.

Most of the rewards are disappointing but I did get a horse i wouldn't have otherwise. If this actually gets them to fix these bugs in the finder that have been around since homestesd then it's all worth it.

I feel like the event was grossly marketed in the wrong way. The promotional posts made it sound like this was a celebration for all the players, and so, all the players would get some neat things that are otherwise no longer for sale and not currently making Zenimax money, because it would buy a lot of good will to give away cool things people want. Instead it's a whole lot of junk that clutters up inventory space, two extremely lame reskins, and two cool costumes (two ok ones) and an infinitesimally small chance of winning big. So small no one so far seems to have won the big 'pack' of mounts/houses. I won't be surprised if no one gets one, in all honesty.

The event is horse ***. I'm sorry, but it is. "Hurr durr its free don't complain" shut up. Being free doesn't make it in any way, shape, or form a 'good' event. The deliberately misleading marketing, the garbage drop rates, the glitchy dungeon finder. It's all a big dumpster fire. This was suppose to be a celebration for the loyal players and all it does is mislead and *** on them.

I've gotten the horse, dark shaman costume, and 3 clockwork recipes ( one purple, two blue). 8 or 10 Undaunted Plunder too. I had 7 characters do it on the first day and got a Templar healer to lvl 15 and crafted a Seducer's set for her so 8 dungeons the last 2 days. Not really bad for 23 runs.

I'd like the other costumes but the queue will have 7 tanks and one healer in them because I haven't gotten them yet. I don't like playing dps.

I got the Imperial dog and mount, so the drop rate on the stuff that is available is not bad. It's just dissapointing that there isn't a much wider variety of costumes/hats/tattoos/skins/motifs/mounts...etc. There are so many things they could give that wouldn't be epic quality but just be interesting. Giving consumables and lockpicks was the wrong move.

Not disappointed yet because it's not over and I still have hope that some of us will get more mounts/pets (besides just a handful of us) but if it doesn't happen then ZOS lied, flat out lied, to everyone.

disappointed, only got an aetherial dust and blacksmith costume and some clockwork furnishings. doing 12 toons a day, but at the same time, if everyone was able to get all thr good stuff, it wouldnt feel right

So much hard truth in your post. I think the criticisms you voiced on this event really hit the nail on the head. I also was hoping this event would make me feel rewarded for being a loyal player but instead I feel punished. I really think this event is a failure ultimately because of how ZOS decided to market it. I hope if they do something like this in the future that maybe they take some of these things to heart.

Yes, mostly because I left after Homestead update and remember sometime around then the Dungeon Finder was broken af. Then came back to farm transmute crystals with no issues for a week then this *** broke it again lol.

6 out of my 10 random normals today were Fungal Grotto I and I didn't get anything great running them on 10 characters a day.

My husband did the event on one character, two days in a row and got the imperial war horse mount.

I'm happy for him.

Update: Now after 30+ tries (I lost count after 30) I still have not won a pet, costume, mount, or house. But my husband’s 6th total attempt rewarded him with a blacksmith costume to go with the war horse he got on his 2nd try.

I’m still happy for him, but come on!

Its funny. ZOS really like RNG boxes/containers. Crown crates, plunder skulls, transmutation geodes, containers from daily/weekly, and now mystery box.

Edit: Oh yeah, same with me. I also want the Shaman costume the most. Also, want the treasure hunter too.

Im tired of getting treasure maps or tripot of restorations. So far Ive gotten maybe two drops that werent a waste of a dungeon run. Still hoping to have the Imperial Horse before the end of the event. Will probably avoid any other lackluster event like this in the future. Definitely not worth the stress or the headache when Im teamed up with 2 bow "DPS" and a Squishy Sorc Tank every other dungeon run. Took over 2 hours to find and run a smooth dungeon run this morning on my Healer.

The dungeon event's been fun. Only a few crappy groups, only a few less than ideal boxes.

I think I'm more disappointed that they're running headlong into another sweepstakes without having ever announced the winners for Trip of a Lifetime.
