It happens in 4 player dungeons as well. No lag, no missing visual effects. Leaving combat does not help. Only when everything has "died down" will sound return.

Those in power only have the illusion they are powerful, however in reality, those in power are only so because we allow them to be.

Happening even just logging into Mournhold now.
Unacceptable!
Yesterday I had game music but no combat sound whatsoever in Cyrodiil. Game never ceases to surprise.
