Who gets kicked from dungeons most often?

I want to say 25k dps is the minimum dps i want to be paired with ( i do 30k dps on 8 toons ) but ya 15k dps is horrible. If you are pulling 15k dps on a full dps build then your rotation and reflexes may be a little slow.

25k-30k+ DPS is honestly, for most of the game population, quite high. Easily top 1-5%
20k is a realistic expectation of what most people who can complete vet dungeons will get. 15k is a minimum.
There are no DPS checks that require more than 40k group dps (15k each DPS, 5k healer and tank) in the entire game.

This is coming from a tank who checks group DPS in every dungeon he participates in.
One thing not enough people do is practice their rotation until they mastered it. People think their youtube build can do all the numbers itsself but no you actually still need some skill...

If you do 15k dps please stay in normal dungeons for now for the sake of the next pick up group

If you expect higher than 20k, please do groupfinder groups a favor and stick with your friends. Most of the game population can't keep up with you and your elitism.

So anybody that expects any higher than that is now an elitst? Seems like more of us are becoming "elitist" everyday then.

I kick wardens on sight. And anyone else who likes to spam heavy attacks =.=

Carebear all you want but I'm not spending 3hrs per dungeon to do the dailies on my utility classes. I'm usually fairly passive, but if you're not going to try, you'll reach my limited tolerance pretty quick.

    My second trigger is:

Not knowing mechanics. If it's your first time, speak up, I'll walk you through everything. If you start exposing yourself you get kicked. Call me what you want but my first wgt hm clear was october 2015. Simply put: I've had to run this stupid ass content a literal hundreds of times; if you're new, np. If you have no expectations other than spamming light attacks amd getting a carry, gtfo or I'll get you out.

Had it a few times in ESO but might be bug, vCoA1, one of the DD did not show up, this was probably some bug so we kicked after not getting chat response, next the same issue, last managed to get in and took part on last boss.

Back in WOW we had this to twice, new player port in and is offline, probably some macro to accept invitation, once we had to kick one player for going offline and we got an AFK in return.
Even worse some in guild got an guy who set him to follow healer and went AFK, they noticed he did no dps and used no skills, solution was for healer to enter next trash, healing only himself until afk was dead.
This was an issue in wow because an 1 kick limit in dungeon, 1 extra if none in group had kicked anybody that day.

I kick bad players for being bad and I don't care what role they are.

The other day I kicked a tank (500+ CP, 40k hp) from Vaults because he was running around looting junk containers on opposite sides of the room during boss fights while everyone else was fighting.

Happened to me as well a few weeks ago, leveling a new char as tank and was around lvl20, joined random dungeon for Fungal Grotto2 and got insta kicked by the other guys who all had something between 100 and 300CP, funny thing is I have more CP than they all together.
Then I queued again and got into the same group again.
When I have put a not-so-friendly greeting into the group, while a vote kick had already been initiated, I've received a tell from one of them with "Reported" in it, and he had also put me on ignore so I can't reply.

It's not like you'd even need a tank for normal FG2, but "elitist"-noobs know better ofc :p

Not really, it's just that most dps in this game (ps4 na) are so *** bad that they really shouldn't be allowed to participate in group events. Last night i had 3 morons that spent the better part of 20 minutes trying to kill the daedroth boss on bc2 NORMAL. After that I decided to solo it on my dps, using the grouping tool qued as tank. Accepting that as a better alternative.

That's so much fun, 9/10 they know outright they're getting hardcarried, and in turn wont kick me if I feel like being an ass and rubberbanding the controllwr while I watch tv.

Idk, people take getting kicked way too seriously, there's a reason people don't want you in the group.

DPS that set their role as Tanks.
Seriously? I do that alot, if I queue for "casual" Vet dungeons. I mean, you can solo CoA II and many other dungeons don't even need a tank.

Absolutely. In a group the other day I spent a considerable amount of time burning through expensive pots and throwing everything into keeping a "tank" alive. Dude didn't have any kind of taunt and was not nearly as "skilled" as he thought he was.

One of the dps finally got a gut full of it and votekicked him, and while waiting on the replacement I put the tank on ignore. The other dps said, well, I do that too, on the "easier" dungeons.

    Ignored that one too.

If it is an organized, premade group, fine.

But queueing as anything other than a proper, no gimmick tank in any dungeon - I don't care how easy, is garbage. You don't know who you are going to draw.

It doesn't say "Tankish", it says Tank. I just don't care what your reasoning is, if you queue without a taunt then this is one solid healer who you won't have a second time.

I went to the trouble to make an actual tank to run as a tank. No reason at all anyone else can't do that. Full stop.

No one on my watch :), I always decline because i think it's bad that it's possible in the first place (offline/dced players are a different topic). If you asked 'who leaves most often after initiating an unsuccessful vote kick' that's also another topic.

There is such a thing as too kind. If your DPS cant cut it, if your tank isn't taunting, if the healer isn't healing, they go. And holding it back isn't just wasting your time, it's wasting the two other peoples there.

I -hate- people like you. Even when the dude is like several levels below requirement you'll still hold them in.

Dps is a dime a dozen. You can cycle them out faster than underwear. Good heals and good tank is a like a kuta (undervalued now but still special), great heals and great tank is like Aetherial Dust.

The perfect party for me and normal dungeon is:

    - high CP Healer or Selfheal DD
    - low level Tank

Tanks mostly, because they don't use taunt or interrupt bosses. It's not so hard.... If you don't do that whole team can die (some bosses).

Healers get kicked too, because sometimes they just deal damage, but don't heal other teammates. I just wonder why... Healer's role is easiest.

DPSs, who just run without killing other enemies. I understand if whole team will run, but sometimes there is those who just run alone. It's so annoy. Sometimes I don't want carry other DPS with my own DPS. Don't forget combos!

Then my dear friend you have no idea what a Healer's role really is.

    A Healer:
    • Gives you the freedom to focus on damage and CC.
    • Gives you freedom to make mistakes.
    • Gives you the confidence you need to give your best.
    • Keeps you up even if (s)he gets incapacitated up to 20 seconds.
    • Buffs you.
    • Res you, in case those nasty winds pushed you right inside the AoE.

If the Healer is bad, you won't go that far.

One thing not enough people do is practice their rotation until they mastered it. People think their youtube build can do all the numbers itsself but no you actually still need some skill...

Sigh...yes. I'm relatively new to MMO's; only ever played ESO and Borderlands 2 (don't ask me why I didn't start with B1 - recommended from a friend). It took me at least a year of 2-3 hours 2-3 times a week gaming to finally really integrate "don't stand in stupid" (for that matter just keep moving - at least a little - in general). I'm still slowly working up truly integrating the concept of a good rotation and what goes into it.

My early characters were all sorcs - really easy to fall into a rotation by default and not really understand the principles behind what I'm doing. My pet build sorc altmer can waltz through anything, I can practically play her in my sleep - but unfortunately that doesn't seem to translate into me being able to play other classes/builds well.

I don't PuG often; cause even when I hang with a couple friends (mostly it's four of us so it's not an issue) there are so many people who are just on a key-hungry speed run that gets boring/annoying.

On occasion I'll run a healer (I'm okay as a healer now), my sweetie will run a tank and we'll queue for a random. Usually get a couple lowbies and I find that they are usually better company than the "High CPS" peeps. It can be fun to introduce folks to mechanics and so on.

    Kick?

Once... there were 3 of us, some jerk joined in, disappeared right away we didn't really pay attention, just wandered through the dungeon (I think it was Fungal Grotto - something where a missing person was not a big deal). we were half way through the dungeon when disappear-o dude suddenly pops into group chat "thanks for the run" and we are all like WTF?

He's skipped ahead, killed the final boss and screwed the rest of us out of being able to finish the dungeon.

We didn't really realize what he was doing till too late. If it happens again, I'll catch it sooner. But oh well.
