Who gets kicked from dungeons most often?

If don't kick per say, but I will belittle you until you leave.

I pull out all of the stops because I'm a real Richard.

I'll yell at the tank for not tanking hard enough. "Can't tank my fall damage? Git Gewd!"

I yell at DPS for not sending me picture proof of 35k DPS against target dummies via Discord

I berate healers who aren't my personal heal/buff servants.

    I'm abusive like that.

Then my dear friend you have no idea what a Healer's role really is.

I skipped most of the list:
Res you, in case those nasty winds pushed you right inside the AoE.

That's a new one on me. The healer is busy healing/buffing and so on. If one of the DD's falls (it's not likely to be the tank, after all) it's on the other DD to rez, and the healer keeps everybody alive.

Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

That's not really the case. It's all about gains and losses. Templar healers are really fast at ressing (and target comes back with full health). If DD stops rotation to ress, you loose a lot of DPS (unless it's that case when healer does 50% of group DPS). If you stop buffing/healing and DPSing, you loose much less. In 99% of the cases it's most efficient for a healer to ress. If you know the content you're playing, you know exactly when some high damage will come. You just make sure your HOTs are up, you're shielded or buffed (like staying in your channeled focus), then you just ress. You can even stack 3 healing springs before ressing, if you're not that familiar with the content.

Personally, I wait for DDs to ress only when a fight requires nearly constant healing or I see other players to do stupid stuff and forcing me to react quickly to their constant huge health losses. Most experienced DDs know exactly whhich fight they should ress and when to leave that to the healer. I probably ress like in 80% of the cases on my healer. It would be more, but sometimes a DD starts ressing immediately, while I make sure to reapply hots if they're about to run out before ress.

    Edit:
The perfect scenario for a healer is if noone dies, but we all know it's sometimes impossible. You can't prevent oneshots or simple mistakes (like getting stunned while high damage comes). With a proper play you can minimise the risk, though.

The only scenario, when it is usually better for a DD to ress, is when a tank dies, but it's really, really rare and still depends on the fight.

As a healer, with the proper CPs and skills:
    • I am faster ressing you.
    • I res you at full health.
    • I gain magicka by ressing you.
    • I get less damage while ressing you.

The rest of the team won't suffer this because my combined HoTs will do the jobs while I take care of you. Of course, it always depends on the scenario. If any of the party members, including myself, is taking heavy damage, or if suddenly by ressing you I end up in a bad red circle then I do delay the resurrection. The survival of the party is my priority.

Gad, don't spread that kind of stuff. Clearly in pugs the best practice is dps are first priority ressers.

It is *those* groups, where the "tank" has 14k health and no taunt, no interrupting, and I'm doing everything I can to keep them up - whilst burning boss because, ofc, no dps either..."tank" goes down, dps ignore it.

Because they haven't reasoned out that in tight spots especially healer needs to be healing not ressing.

I'm a patient man - about some things. But I take my hat off to folks who patiently stop and teach them painstakingly.

It just is too distracting people's low care for other people that they queue for roles they aren't and come into a dungeon where their performance affects other folks. I didn't even queue for a normal dungeon until 200ish cp and never drag raggedy alts through, I gear them at least decently, queue for what I am not just what I can manage, and do the prep work on new content.

I simply don't know how to instill that approach without losing my temper. Kudos to those that are able to. There is a reason I never had kids and have cats instead.
