Are we supposed to assume, from the lack of change or mention of the Thief/Precise/Shadow nerfs compared to the last PTS that there is no plan to revert those to 3.1.4 values? Are the devs really ok with the Apprentice stone providing stronger crit hits than the Shadow?
Gilliamtherogue has discussed at length how the crit-based changes were an overreaction. All that was needed was bringing the crit bonus on sets to +21% from +55%. He confirmed this with in-game testing. Asayre confirmed it with his math. I've never cancelled a single item on research, the problem is, I cannot add them anymore. It says 'all slots full' when they are not. Hopefully that is fixed.0 -

Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.

Also, instead of saying that you lowered the crit chance in IA, could you just post the new value? We've been asking for the new intended value all last week, and to see the same vague line about making it "lower" without saying how low is, frankly, irritating at this point. I use AutoResearch and am stuck at 2/3 for blacksmithing after last patch. Hoping when I next hit the station, the items I have ready to research will fire off properly.0 -

Gonna do some more testing, but I just tried to heal in Fungal Grotto II and the group said they weren't getting any of the heals. Running Sanctuary and TBS set.
