It's funny how every side justifies their behavior. Here on AD it goes like: "Reds night/daycapped the map and scrolls. Let's not focus on blues but fight reds." During primetime reds are gonna say: "See? Green alliance on the move again! We have to preemptively strike them tomorrow!"
And the cycle continues. (Btw, the map right now is yellow after a nightcap.)5 -

Sure but you will have to search me first at one of the fishing holes in either stormhaven (missing 1 last blue fish) or soon rivenspire I mostly stopped PvPing for now. All those massives zergs trigger me way too much. I had to switch to DC because the whole map (and I mean really the whole map) was red nearly every time I logged in a few months ago, and I think a lot of players left EP or Sotha Sil during that time, while EP had the natural influx of opportunists. It's not that bad anymore, but during my usual playtime late afternoon to early evening GMT I still feel more like a fish than a fish thief. This is my first MMO and I had a hard time learning that quite a lot of players simply do not care about the game experience of their opponents.
That being said, I enjoyed my time on the EP side. I remember the player base as very supportive, and I try to pay them back for all the rezzes and forward camps with extra gently spammed inferno staff medium attacks.

You really thought I meant you? Of course not I remember how you played on DC side even when it was totally hopeless for anyone not in a guild group.
Alliance loyality is just a tool to prevent people from winning-team- joining. If someone joins the losing faction, this is good for the game. Besides, DC doesn´t feel like the losing faction, because we do the best out of our numerical inferiority every evening. A lone wolf like the other 99% of EP? All EP are actually solo players, they just somehow always happen to be all in 1 spot on the map
