Please continue the group size discussion. I really enjoy reading the ignorance while drinking my morning coffee at work.

I'm talking to you, never run more than 16, never run more than 12, and never run less than 37.

Please continue...

I personally think anything more than 8 is a zerg but I am an old DAOC fan. DAOC competitive 8 mans were the most fun I've ever had in MMO PVP.

It was always a point of pride how much our Alb melee masher group could wipe in one go. Our biggest number was 47 in the Lord room of Caer Hurbury (in RVR 1.0, back when the keeps were static things).

    1 Paladin (me)
    2 Mercs
    1 Reaver / Polearmsman
    1 Sorc
    1 Minstrel
    2 Clerics

    But that's a digression.

This game is different and built for different things. It's also much faster paced than DAoC.

I prefer large groups. 24 is a great number to run

I lead massive 50 man PVP groups in Archeage. It is SO essential. I was able to keep tabs on my scouts, small man gank teams and finally my main mageball force at once.(On land and naval pvp combat) having to assign people different icons and numbers above their head for the jobs they do.

IMHO ESO should adapt the archeage combat raid manager UI. So we can have multiple icons per group

Yeah, nice melee setup. My alb group ran wizard heavy during Catacombs. My hib and mid groups were melee heavy but I think I enjoyed the spirit master bomb groups with the aoe stun the most. That was awesome!

We're in game 5x a week, as we have been for the last several years. There are no obstacles to finding and fighting us. That's the joy of open world RvRvR, as opposed to an artificial setup where we're both running a very particular GvG setup and comp.

Any groups we've gone after in the game, we've handled in this fashion and intend to continue doing so. The guilds that gave us strong challenges (Nexus Meth Emp groups, GoS emp raids on TF, Decibel, Rage, etc) we met on the field. You could do that if you wanted to, but you'd rather not and that's your choice. Wanting that grudge match so hard is bewildering to me. Any group Weve found ourselves unable to consistently beat, Bulb and I have worked and crafted our raid and strategy until we ended up on top. We never just stewed in our unhappiness and complained that our enemies wouldn't lower themselves to fight on our level and on our terms. It's a dumb attitude for this kind of game, and I won't indulge it.

The term zerg has nothing to do with large group though, the logic is flawed!

Ah yes, our legendary duel where you came in with a Stam proc build and started challenging a bunch of ppl testing out unmorphed destro ults. Like, im glad you had fun but I'm surprised you're still holding onto it. Beating me in a duel is no great accomplishment anymore, I got out of the 1v1 scene in 1.6.

Again, you know where to find us. You can bring a group prepped to win or you can bring one that isn't and whine if you lose. Your level of entitlement is high. I've fought you outnumbered, even numbers and while greatly outnumbering you. I've never run from any of those engagements, and while I'd like some back (that's life!) i rest easy knowing I've played you guys hard in all circumstances and I'm satisfied with my W/L ratio. I don't think that's the case for you, or you wouldn't be spewing salt. You know when i run, how many I run and what our specs are: and yet you keeps running into me. If you're good enough to win the majority of those Do So. If not, stop whining for me to come down to your level. Get good.

I'm talking to you, never run more than 16, never run more than 12, and never run less than 37.

    Please continue...

I'm just really curious to the convenience of the thread getting closed after we start talking about Guild v Guilds....

All these arguments are just words, I think its time for people to start backing up all this Sh** talk IN GAME.

LMAO, moar *** talk. Lets just settle this already. Are you scared the g v g will have the same results as our 1 v 1?

is this youre idea of meeting in the field?

Get good.

Like I said, no reasoning with you guys. 100% Delusional. You cannot when in a straight GvG and you cannot win in a straight 1 v 1. Pretty much the end of the argument. If you would like to prove me otherwise. Lets handle it in game.

You are part of a guild that gladly stacks with your entire faction then claims to be fighting outnumbered and we are delusional? LOL

Short answer is DKs likely won't be seeing a ton of changes before we go live; this class is still quite powerful (as it should be being a tank), even after some of the adjustments we've made to other classes and abilities.

DK IS NOT JUST A TANK CLASS. #PLAYTHEWAYYOUWANT

Its like I said Incite, there is literally no reasoning with them. They actually believe they are unquestionably the best. Please don't expect any logical rebuttal, you will be sadly disappointed.
