If bombing as '16' is so easy why can't you guys do it at 24+?
^ Loaded question based on false premise.

That gets into raid comp and what each group builds for. You guys as a consequence of running the size you do, are built primarily as an alpha strike group with less 'sustained' dps focus. We as a consequence of running the size we do, are able to run a group that incorporates more sustained dps capacity which especially comes into play long drawn out fights vs the kind of rez spam that goes on in keeps.

But the one who salty here is you  You wrote so lot of pages on last thread trying to make excuses and arguing. Infact your entire guild did, including one very emotional post from 'B' :D The salt also overflows into game too where you tried to chase us around all night with your members also tryharding other guild chats.

Just confirm that you overracted about the phrase that you regularly "need 3+ guilds to take Chalman from EP" or that you are the only guild left in the game that needs 24+ members in the group to be competative or achieve something

    Lol.

You're great at starting *** Ren, Im a little mad at myself that I believed your veneer of civility. All it took was getting wiped 20+ times in a week and all that niceness and sportsmanship vanished. I don't know if you just weren't expecting competition or thought your plague doctor spec would carry you to flawless victory or what, but your attitude and the attitudes of your guildmates is night and day from a few weeks ago.

Meanwhile we just continue doing what we always do, adapting to new strategies and builds and watching fake sportsmanship dissolve into salt when victories don't come as easily as expected. You have nice ppl in your guild, your baiting and ***-stirring is a poor way to represent them.

    Firstly who's Ren?
Secondly we are more then happy with our level of victory over your 24+ with our size. Are you happy with yours? I would honestly be embarrassed to be consistently destroyed by a group 1/2 my size.

The only 'adapting' you guys have done recently is going from 'sometimes 18m' up to 'always over 24'. Good tactics, must have taken a long time to figure out 'more people more fun.'

The last thing is the hilarious efforts you go to try and accuse other guilds of salt whilst your members cry about every word that we write here :)

You want to speak about guild attitudes. It was extremely clear to see the shift in attitude from VE after we uploaded our farming of your full group on the Ash gate. You started triggering, tbagging and stacking tighter with pugs instantly. I get that you were upset, we just thought it was a good fight and something for you to learn from.

You got a nice 2 wipes on ash gate and we got a nice look at the strengths avd weaknesses of your spec. Since then we've pretty much stomped on you regardless of our group size. Losses are a painful way to learn but sometimes it happens that way. Your viewpoint on it is not a good one for leadership. You aren't looking st how we've countered your tactics, you're just blathering on about us crutching on "more numbers" and such. Refusing to look inward on your reversal of fortunes and trying to invent reasons for failure beyond your control will lead to more failure.

And yea, you made a compilation of group wipes and posted them on the forums. A bunch of your guildmates talked massive ***. So we adjust, play you harder and look what happens: a mountain of salt, whining and "1v1 me bruh!" When we lost a fight we didn't like we learned and adjusted. Seeing how you guys adapt to losses is just sad.

Finally, don't play dumb. Nature of the game right now is easy bombs. You'll get your hits in, you're a One dimensional group focused around bombing and nothing else. You'll get some pretty hits in, im under no illusions there. But since you bring it up, yes, I'm pretty happy with the win rate atm. Outside of a few nice bombs it's been a dominating few weeks. You're falling into that trap again: "I run X number of ppl so all my wins are amazing and all my losses don't count!" You got 2 bombs in last night and wiped upwards of 10 times, including 3 full wipes in a single keep where we were busy with AD and you were laser focused on us and us alone. If you're content with that kind of night every night, that's.... fine with me.

You wiped the 14 of us twice last night alone, once at Ash gate (we only killed 1/2 your group on engage and the rest caught, us) once at Brindle keep/farm area. All other fights you either had BoD or pugs with you on top of your already vast group.

Also did you I didn't tbag you guys once last night when we killed you. Can't say it was the same for your side though. Guess it must be all the salt on my side stopping me tbagging eh ;)

If bombing as '16' is so easy why can't you guys do it at 24+?

You certainly have a rosy view of last night. It takes some real determination to condense that many wipes down to 2. Again, you're just falling back onto blaming your circumstances. "I only had this many people and I was in enemy territory". You don't know how to lose without making a multitude of excuses. It's pattern, Iz. None of your losses count and all of your wins were awesome!

Also I'm somewhat confused. We can't bomb? You've lost me.

And finally, you talk *** you get tbags. That's what we call standard operating procedure. I'm usually the passive aggressive one but ya'll been putting me to utter shame.

It's you who has the rose tinted sunglasses I'm afraid :)
What's your excuse for tbags before these threads?

Please continue the group size discussion. I really enjoy reading the ignorance while drinking my morning coffee at work.

I'm talking to you, never run more than 16, never run more than 12, and never run less than 37.

    Please continue...

I'm just really curious to the convenience of the thread getting closed after we start talking about Guild v Guilds....

All these arguments are just words, I think its time for people to start backing up all this Sh** talk IN GAME.

We're in game 5x a week, as we have been for the last several years. There are no obstacles to finding and fighting us. That's the joy of open world RvRvR, as opposed to an artificial setup where we're both running a very particular GvG setup and comp.

Any groups we've gone after in the game, we've handled in this fashion and intend to continue doing so. The guilds that gave us strong challenges (Nexus Meth Emp groups, GoS emp raids on TF, Decibel, Rage, etc) we met on the field. You could do that if you wanted to, but you'd rather not and that's your choice. Wanting that grudge match so hard is bewildering to me. Any group Weve found ourselves unable to consistently beat, Bulb and I have worked and crafted our raid and strategy until we ended up on top. We never just stewed in our unhappiness and complained that our enemies wouldn't lower themselves to fight on our level and on our terms. It's a dumb attitude for this kind of game, and I won't indulge it.

I don't think it was us who claimed that we will always win. I can understand your desire to avoid the challenge though. You were a bit more reasonable a few months ago though when you said yourself that you would like to GVG but Bulb won't let the guild do it.

You got rekt just about every time you seperated from your faction last night. I'm told you got a wipe once at Fare or something before I got there, so grats on that. But you needed to be a part of the 80 EP that took Ales so you don't really have room to talk here.

I tell you what, you upload the video of your kills on us and we'll upload ours on you :) let everyone be the judge of who rekt who shall we :)?

I'm sure you'll upload your videos one way or another, you guys are fond of that :).

And yes, I was more reasonable about the possibility of a GvG while things were civil. Good sportsmanship makes it interesting and fun, and that's been severely lacking.

Finally, nowhere did any of us say we'll "always win". We're not dumb. Destro meta is fast and furious and group wipes happen on one misstep. Dunno where you pulled that gem from.

Of course we will upload videos, Its nice to keep a record of fights to look back on and for other guilds to analyse and improve from.
I'm surprised you guys don't do it considering how proud you are of your fights.

Next excuse for no GvG is 'that things aren't civil'. Ok

We keep records of all our stuff. It's why I can laugh when I get hit with "you've never wiped us even numbers" or "you had 40 ppl!!!!". I just don't post that stuff on the forums. If we can't make our reputation on the field, then we've failed already. No need for bragging and video spam, that's been our policy for years now.

So VEs policy is apparently no bragging, no toxicity, no tbagging but that's exactly what your guild is known for? Okay then...

I personally think anything more than 8 is a zerg but I am an old DAOC fan. DAOC competitive 8 mans were the most fun I've ever had in MMO PVP.

It was always a point of pride how much our Alb melee masher group could wipe in one go. Our biggest number was 47 in the Lord room of Caer Hurbury (in RVR 1.0, back when the keeps were static things).

    1 Paladin (me)
    2 Mercs
    1 Reaver / Polearmsman
    1 Sorc
    1 Minstrel
    2 Clerics

    But that's a digression.

This game is different and built for different things. It's also much faster paced than DAoC.

Pfft, you're not an alb group till you ran 3 Theurgist/1 Sorc/2 Clerics/1 Minstrel/1 Cabby

You wanna ruin the lives of everyone you run across, run that setup lol

Though that may just be because this one is using 'that super broken ultimate only scrubs use'. AKA, werewolf. Or at least that is what this one was told by a magsorc running a helplessly outmatched frags/curse/streak build.
    Character: Telel
    Class: Night Blade-Werewolf-viking-ninja-catgirl-mallet wielder
Past times: Refusing to go full magika spec, hitting things with a big hammer, sniping, and speaking in khajiit
Also: Gelel the Derp Knight, Altsel the streaker, and Filafel the temp temp.

Khajiit has a twitch stream! https://twitch.tv/telel_khajiit feel free to come see how truly unskilled Telel is.

    Well this is classy.

I think a little thicker skin is needed all around. Is salt not 50% of the reason we game? it is for me.

VE? isnt that the guild who relentlessy flips KC and other non defended keeps? XD.

JK guys...we used to fear you, i dont know what happened. Maybe it was when most of the large guilds in the game disolved to smaller guilds. You guys remind me now as kinda like fantasia...kinda meh. Only thing ur guild seems usefull for is being able to get 20 seige up on KC and dragon and flagged before anyone notices. Kinda like fantasia.

Raid guilds are all but dead...been on death beds for the past year.

When we played it was pre-TOA. Only Shrouded Isles was an active Xpack. Theurgists /sucked/ when I played. OTOH, Reaver + Merc + Polearmsman was absolutely ridiculous burst and I prided myself as the best GuardBot paladin on Percival. Chant twisting while guarding gave me carpal tunnel (for real).

    This thread is still hilarious.

As much as I want to continue the salt farm, I may have reached the limit of my patience for this game. Gonna go renew the wow sub.

Theurgist have never really sucked you also should of replaced one of the Mercs for a Necromancer if you wanted to see real burst with a Melee Train on Alb.

SI also happened to be when Alb was pretty much entirely carried by its Realm Abilities and nothing more...Not that hib was much better with Group Purge

TBH, after how terrible the performance was tonight, I don't blame you.

Sadly, I only got to play because of the crashing, and had been stuck in a 350+ person queue which vanished immediately.

Its just embarrassing at this point, if the ZOS engineers haven't figured out after 3 years how to make this game run, maybe its time for new engineers.
