How did you earn your Flawless Conqueror title?

Just curious how others earned their Flawless Conqueror titles. I have only earned it on my Magblade, and it was with no sigil use. I aim to get the title on all of my characters without using any sigils since it gives me a sense of accomplishment.

What about you guys? How did you earn yours? Have you earned it on multiple characters?

I used some sigils in a few rough spots.

Pure luck. Also it was before nerfs, so it was - if I can say - easier.

Basically didn't die to lag and to random threats, and was lucky to survive everything else (including bugged flameshapers). My flawless run didn't even earn me enough points for leaderboard As for sigils, I see no shame in using them and always use: often defensive sigil on last boss platform of 5th arena, often defensive sigil on Titan on 9th arena and always defensive sigil on Voriak before I can get him to 70% - never could do it fast enough to skip his teleport Sometimes things become worse, I panic and use Healing/Haste sigils. And since last few days I started to use defensive sigil on last boss of 6th arena - after I stunned her first time and she recovered, I was tired to wait for next stun and just kill her ignoring everything else. Now with even more sigils it takes less time, gives better score... but nothing can beat bad luck

Oh yeah, I did it with like 600 ping+ for the whole thing because my internet is terrible at my parents place. So yeah, anyone can get flawless. There's really no excuse

I didn't use any sigils at all.

My first Flawless run was on my CP370-430ish Magicka Sorc.

I ran 5x Willow's Path, 4x Magnus, 4x Willpower. 7/7 light with The Atronach Mundus and 2-3 Magicka Regen glyphs.

Dual Wield swords and hood/shoulders were Magnus, Restoration Staff and jewelry was Willpower, 5-piece armor was Willow's Path.

This build was horrible

Still I completed a Flawless run in 100min and walked away as one of the first PS4 NA Flawless Conquerors. It happened on my 6th vMA run.

I've gotten close a few times without sigils, but still don't have the title. I'm very weird with sigils; even my very first time running it on vet, the only time I used sigils was the final boss on the final stage, and that was just the speed and defense sigils. Never used them again after that.

I think I'm just too afraid to waste one if I don't need it, so I end up not using them at all. Maybe I will just to get Flawless Conqueror my first time though.

I don't have the flawless title yet (but it is on my list of things to achieve, right now I'm at stage 9 for the very first time (made it last night). I started my first vMA just over a month ago and got to stage 5 in little over an hour and a half... and from there it went horribly against my progression and i must have died over 80 times on the matriarch alone due to factors of "too much dps" bad rng on spawns and getting myself wound up so much i was making silly mistakes.

It got to me so much that i stayed out of the Arena for a month, i was convinced i was not good enough and that at my age of 51 my reflexes and thinking were not fast enough. A few days ago i decided to hop back in and take up from where i left off (this was after a combination of reading Joy Divisions Maelstrom arena tutorial and watching a video by @Alcast where he walks people through each stage).

Boom... stage 5 completed at the third attempt, ( i smiled a lot. )

I then decided to do/attempt one stage per day, the following day stage 6 was completed in around an hour and a half, the day after came stage 7.. jeez i thought the rng on stage 5 was bad but stage 7 is ridiculous, shrooms spawning underneath shields, sudden death one shots by the end of round boss before a shield was even up etc.. you get the picture, after 3 hours it was in the bag and i moved on to stage 8 yesterday. Stage 8 was a breeze if I'm honest and i did that with just 5 or 6 wipes.

I took a look at stage 9 for half an hour or so then it was time for bed, but I'm going back in there today with no expectations of completing it, but i do expect to have nailed the mechanics on the first three or four rounds. If i get it completed in 2-3 days time i will be happy... then knowing and proving to myself that i am capable of completing vMA i will be going back in on a daily mission, it will be a l2p mission getting things fluid and building more experience, then one day that flawless title will be mine..

My first Flawless, with all the pressure and stress of getting the achievement and title, I used sigils in certain tough spots like at the Titan or the start of Stage 8 Round 4.

Subsequent no-death runs, I used no sigils.

Don't know what it is. It sounds like it is what you earn in PVP.

I used sigils when needed, and managed to get it.

Believe it or not, the hard part of obtaining Flawless Conqueror is actually the amount of things outside of your control coming together. If you lag randomly? That could be the end of your Flawless. Something registered a hit on you, even though you were out and away from the red circle? That could be the end of your Flawless. You took damage from something that didn't even display an animation? That could be the end of your Flawless. A skill didn't register, or block/dodge animation animation? That could be the end of your Flawless.

It's all things that are out of your control that dictate whether or not you succeed in obtaining that achievement. The mechanics involved with VMA are easy after some devoted practice, and honestly the adds die relatively quickly. It's all about the "luck" factor.

I used one sigil at last boss ice stage, the defense sigils against flame thrower in stage 8 ( safety) and the damage sigil against the Titan in round 5/ stage 9, because the adds spawned at the same time, lol. In my templar. Sorcs wouldn't need any, cause Logic..

I use Sigils mostly against bosses or when the situation calls for it. Like Stage 2 Spinning Blades where I always grab that Healing Sigil.

I never cared about score, I just want my runs to be smooth

For my first flawless i used 2 sigils(but that was ages ago and i was still under the cp cap), but for the rest of my 7 flawless chars i didn't use any.

vMA is 90% mechanics and 10% luck imo

If you have the right gear for your playstyle and know the mechanics well, you should get flawless after a few runs

Post morrowind, yesterday, in fact. Stamplar. I literally saw 5% health with a fire spewing daedroth, the clanfear, and the healer attacking at once. Never shook so hard in my life.

I don't remember my first flawless but I think I only used the defensive sigil at the last boss (stage 9)

I remember how hard it was on my stamdk, when it was worthy to wear that title

Now any no skill can go flawless using all sigil, with a tank build with 3 proc sets

I actually found vma easier post Morrowind. Not sure if it the extra damage from master at arms or what.

This was forever ago... I d/c'd at the last round, came back and was happy I was still in the arena since it didn't use to save back then. Well I killed the boss and boom title. What the game didn't register was my 1510501 deaths before my disconnect haha...
