There have been multiple posts removed in this thread for baiting or flaming. Baiting someone who is having an issue and is looking for help is not something we permit. Please keep your posts in this thread civil and constructive going forward.

My hubby and I each bought the cavern, furnished, with our hard earned money and these huge boulders have been placed in areas that were a part of the reasons we purchased the cavern. We each also purchased two other furnished homes from the crown store.
The area to the northwest with the stone platform was an area that I used to create a nice place to sit with friends, relax and look at the different views, both within and outside of the cavern. I spent hours retrieving items that were stuck inside the ridiculously huge boulder that was placed directly on top of those items.
The area to west, on the right of the waterfall, there was a nice alcove that my hubby used to setup his Vamp/Gothic area and he also spent a long time trying to retrieve those items from within the boulder that was place there. And in that same area I had created a nice tree and flower garden in my cavern and had to retrieve all those items as well.
A lot of people spent hours, maybe even days decorating these areas and I am sure that, like us, these areas were big selling points when we were deciding whether or not to spend real money, not in-game gold, to purchase this cavern. Please get back to us with a date that we can expect to have these huge boulders removed from our homes.
Also, after the update, I came back to all the lights in my cavern in the off position as well as ALL of the "lantern hanging" and "common lantern hanging" no longer having the swinging animations. I did submit a bug report as well as did several of my friends who are having the same issue with all their hanging lanterns. Most of these lanterns had obviously stopped in mid swing and now are frozen in either a left or right slant. Taking them back into our inventory and placing them back out does not put them back into a vertical position.
And, could you possibly get someone to stop the constant storms and raining inside the cavern, it never did it before. I mean these are solid stone ceilings, the occasional drips of water that we use to have is normal for inside a cavern but not a pouring rain storm every five minutes.
Thanks so much for all that you do Gina, hope to hear from you soon!

I've not logged in for a while, and not been logging in game either as just so frustrated with ithe whole game recently, from these unwarranted changes, to the general lag in every single area and terrible perfoamce and bugs since patch, to the drastic nerfs and changes which in my opinion have litterly ripped the heart and fun out of the game...
...So I've logged in today to see if this thread has finally been answered, or updated, and I am very disapointed to see that it seems to have just gone totally ignored.
We have all asked a few times for a response to this, and Gina's last reply was on June 7th (above)... Any answer would have been appreciated, but to continually just ignore the thread is a bit of a slap in the face for anyone who are bothered by these changes and who spent the money for this purchase. It is VERY disapointing!
It would seem a very easy thing to get to the bottom of. I imagine there not being hundreds of staff, but a team of people who work on certain areas of the game, such as housing. Asking who worked on the Cavern, why it was changed, what happened, and can it be returned to it's previous state, seems to me to be a very simple process... yet a few weeks later and still no update or comment whatsoever.
Hello!
Thank you for reaching out to support regarding your issue with the houses. After reviewing the information you've provided, we have bugs in our system both for Mathiisen Manor (windows specifically) and Hunding's Palatial Hall (the beach clutter and ship). These are issues that our support team are working on resolving in a future update to the game. Even the mentioned Earthtear Cavern (that I found through your links) is also being reviewed by our development team.
