In every MMO I've played with competitive PvP arenas, the most competitive players flocked to small scale, including but not limited to WoW, GW1, GW2, TERA, and ArcheAge. I'm not sure where you're getting your information, but it is extremely biased.
Totally agree. The arenas in gw1 were the best

Also the queue was even less than a minute. Zos should really look on what is going on on the server side in prime time.
And CP will be removed by the end of this year.

Anyway, ZoS could learn alot from gw1 arenas.
And about queue loop, no, not at all. I did like 5-6 matches in a row with different players with a queue of 10seconds to 3min. I had 2 in a row of like 10-20sec. With the roughly the same team, yesterday night it was imposibille to get in a match in hours.
CP never worked and never will be on any line at any time. Zenimax knows exactly that CP is imbalanced thats why we have less and less CP campaignes no BGs.

Not learning from other MMOs' failures and successes seems to be a core philosophy for ZOS, to be honest. I get that they want to do everything their way and learn as they go, but it's pretty bad for the players that have to suffer through it.

You should all play a 2v2v2 Domination game like I did. That's the incarnation of fun. Because you don't have to actually fight players at all. CTF and Domination are just poorly implemented now.
AP rewards are low on purpose. Initially they weren't going to give AP I believe. AP is meant to be earned mostly in Cyrodiil and Battlegrounds is just extra top up.

This thread is now 8 days old and has received over 5k views, and still we have no response from anyone. It would be appreciated if you gave us a statement one way or another. I've only been linking you to this thread every day on Facebook, Twitter, your Support Page, and tagging everyone relevant on the forums for over a week now.
Or do you just intend for Battlegrounds to go the way of Vet trials and Wrothgar for consoles, and are just going to ignore us in hopes that we give up and go away while you spoonfeed bullsh*t to the masses every day via social media pretending that your game is without issue?
Of course, I could just rename the thread to "Rock moved in Earthtear Cavern" or "I don't like your website", because apparently those 'issues' are higher on your priority list than a functioning, full-featured Battlegrounds, which was wrongfully advertised for the past 6 months.

Well you need to earn something, whether it is gold or AP in order to sustain the character you are playing.
Currently you can spend all day playing in PVE and earn tons of gold, tons of XP and many useful bind on pickup items, monster helms, etc. You can play all day in Cyrodiil and earn a little gold, a little XP and tons of alliance points which you can use to buy a couple monster helms or other items. Or you can play all day in Battlegrounds and earn zero gold, almost zero XP and about 1/3 the amount of AP compared to Cyrodiil. Right now some of the reward items are valuable, but there are only five total sets. Very soon these will become completely worthless on guild traders.
Would be great if AP were increased to roughly the same level as Cyrodiil, XP rewards added so at least we can level new characters this way, and we got a second Golden Vendor added each weekend who sells a different menu of monster helms and jewelry, maybe some BOP sets etc, for Alliance Points
