Yes, I have everything. The only thing is I have 4% instead of 6% right now, don't have a Medium impen skoria piece yet. But that's 2% difference. As you can see, the real difference is way higher than 2%. The only explanation I see.... Should I go tri-glyphs? But then I'll have less magicka.

Food? Which one is correct? I tried witchmother's brew and purple food, the stats are in my question.

I really don't understand what I don't understand. It's like I'm missing something that's on the surface.

2v2v2...I had a full blown tank on my team. He stacked them up (they were all collectively terrible obv). We actually started 0-2, then took a 4-2 lead. At this point we decided to grab the flags to force them to us and thus....my 42-0-3 game.

If you're having trouble surviving, it might be due to your CP distribution. Other than that...it might just come down to practice.

And yes definitely, practice makes perfect and I indeed got caught up between pve and trading a bit too much in the previous update and haven't pvped in forever. Still find it odd - I had no trouble last time I pvped,which was way before morrowind and using heavy alchemist setup. And stats were more or less the same as in videos.

Can't speak for Harness, but the way i look at it, the bigger the Healing Ward, the bigger the heal it gives. I'm definitely down for being educated though

His comment earlier was enough to start re thinking CP setups. Makes sense that bastion is terrible, because even at 10% (which would only take 20+ stars) gives you around 500 extra DMG strength based on a 5k tooltip cyro shield. If you get 5% mitigation from iron skin, that would be the same defense except you don't have to press a skill/waste Magicka. Plus the DMG mitigation itself strengthens your shields.

Unless you have two shields with enough max mag to boost a shield to a high number to make a percentage boost sexy, ironclad/thick skin will always be better.

Was trying to point to that. I can see benefit for bastion, but everyday it points more towards pve content where Battle sprit debuffs don't neuter the shield value making the percentage gain useless at low values.

Unless you are saying that bastion is actually broken and doesn't increase the sheild values at all, then you'll need to explain lol.

Still can't figure out. Replaced siphoning attacks with leeching strikes. Changed resto staff hot, put refreshing path instead, tried both and no cloak - it feels even worse. Still one shots, having all hots up + resto ulti - templar just outdpses all that with 1 button/jabs. Wardens send 6k cliffracers. And that's 1v1. If there's more than 1 enemy - no chance at all.

Help, anyone?

Was trying all night again, barely won one 1 bg with flags just cause actually cared about objectives while others were fighting. There's absolutely nothing I can do again. How is this supposed to work? Is there a breakdown with food, every enchant etc? My stats - and results - are completely different.

I mean, I shared my sets, my bars, and my play style. You're not playing in CP, so my CP layout is irrelevant. I tank premade teams of really good players in BGs all the time. The rest comes down to practice and reflexes... You have to read opponents and react to attacks on a dime to have high survivability in these builds. Just keep practicing and warming back up. Didn't you just come back to PvP?

I tried one of the set combos and bars are similar if not the same. But stats are very different and I can't understand why. Are you using all tri-glyphs? Or if it's a mix of prismatic and magicka then which glyphs on which pieces? But then again, if I don't go all magicka, I'll have even less magicka - and I already have less than you. And play style - I don't know this video doesn't have much of what I have to deal with. And for some reason the players you fight either ignore you or deal no damage. Post more videos including BGs Or stream and save streams ^_^

And tanking premade teams of good players? I just don't understand how it's mathematically possible. Just yesterday I would always get a premade against me. Typical scenarios would be - them being on flag in Foyada in a mass fight with others and me being on the edge of that center area by a bridge to other flags attacking from range, or in Dwemer ruin - running from one point to another and seeing them running towards me and turning around to try and use los, or in daedric ruin I'm at the center flag and they teleport up top or vice versa I port top and see them all on the flag or running between off-center points and seeing them (like in dwemer ruins). In each of those scenarios they would focus me - all 4- and I would die in 1-2 GCD without any chance or time to do anything. And that's with ALL defensive buffs/healing ward up. In death recap I would see Cliff racers for 5-6k, implosions for 5k, sorc's execute. Literally, they would look in my direction and I'd die in seconds. I just don't see what I could do.

I haven't PvPed in a while, that's true. But I never stopped playing this character and I was okay before morrowind. So I just can't understand how come the difference is so drastic. I guess, I have to admit I've been just lucky all along and I'm actually a noob. On the other hand, I got matched with a guildie and their team destroyed us and he was making fun of me in the guild chat. And then invited to group - and turns out him and 2 others were a premade group - and they were saying that I hurt a lot lol. And then we did a couple BGs together and it was much more fun and less deaths.

I'm lost and not sure what to do next. I like the idea of pvp but right now it's decidedly not fun. I'm thinking if I could somehow pass this barrier, it would become fun again. Don't want to give up on it altogether just yet.

That one death recap was from a premade group, the sorc places the wrath on you and the Warden uses dive, if you get anywhere near 20% ur dead.

Yep, that's pretty much what happens. And yes I thought the stats would be lower, but people here say they were roughly the same somehow. So I was wondering.

I dunno bout the stats (maybe undaunted Passives?)

You either solo or in a PuG vs a Good (important) group is gonna be practically impossible, you'll have to out play them and if they're good enough, it's not gonna happen. One of biggest complaint is how your lvl 32 PUG group is gonna be paired against team rekt lmfao

Was hoping to make some progress, but it's been so long since morrowind early access - and still nothing. Looks like I'm the only like that, everyone else understood and says how it's all good and works. Makes me really sad

You'll need harness and either malu or pirate. Between harness spam, chaining resto ults, mist form, fearing people off, and line of sight, it is entirely doable. If they pop a negate, I'd better be able to get out in one dodge roll or I'm dead. If they pop a destro, I'd better have resto up. If they're using many procs, I need to los hard or I won't last long. You'll never tank forever -- sustain is limited -- but these builds are certainly difficult to take down. Oh and I use immov pots in BGs so I don't have to block as much. I can just harness spam like a potato.

Regarding stats, I prefer using tristat food and siphoning attacks. I think I have something like 30k magicka, 12k stam, and 23k health in non cp. I forget the exact stats.

No idea. Again, with all hots + resto ulti up, can't even escape from teh center in Ularra when they port there and I try to run to the opposite side to los. Shields don't hold any damage it seems. Last like 1 GCD. harness+healing ward. Replacing skoria with pirate skeleton didn't help.

I'm experimenting with immovable pots too. Can't decide if I like the ones with stamina or with magicka more.

Yeah I think I'm done for tonight. That was pathetic. Even worse than before. Zero progress. On the bright side, put destro ulti on the main bar instead of soul harvest and got a quadruple kill while no one was watching lol.

@Artis Take off War Maiden and put on Wizards Riposte. Night and day difference in survivability.

@zammo but then what about damage? There are already some builds that can last very long even when I'm wearing 1 damage set. But yeah thanks, I'll look for it. But IDK, people were saying that WM works for them. How come I'm the only one? Then again, I don't believe I am. With how much I feel mnb sucks, I don't have troubles with other mnb.

Is it cp or no cp? What are the stats with no cp if it's cp? And what else are you wearing? 41k magicka? My magicka is not even close, it's at around 31k on the main bar.

This is with CP, personally I don't play no CP, and don't play BGs right now as it's a waste of time.

41k Magicka is relatively low for a magblade to be honest, most utilise the Necropotence set with shades and easily achieve 50k.

But I'm using x5 War Maiden, x5 Lich and switching between monster sets (pirate/Grothdarr/skoria) the picture is with pirate equip

Thanks. I've never been to CP pvp zones after the Morrowind release, so that's why I had no idea.

Well see, I'm thinking maybe the build yall are talking about work in CP but not as well in no cp. I like BGs because they are small and mostly teams have equal numbers, so you don't need to ride across a huge map to find action and most of that action you are guaranteed not to get killed by a zerg.

But what I don't like about BGs, is that they are not fun otherwise. It's not fun when you die in 1-2 GCDs.
