Hey Zos, just checking in on the Imperials Red Diamond Passive. You know the passive everyone wants reworked. The passive that is probably one of the worst racial passives in game. I mean it looks to me after a quick search on the forums about Red Diamond its pretty bad. I myself have been an advocate to get this passive reworked and i've heard nothing from you guys.

I agree though that passive is embarrassing, at least replace it with a paltry +5% healing received, I mean we're not even being greedy at this point we just want something at least kind of reliable...

While your statement is very true I still think they just have to approach stuff like that carefully. People screech bloody murder that the Warden is pay to win. Anything behind a pay wall will get that outrage from people. I main an Imperial and it is pretty lackluster. I don't even put points into it.

I don't feel any sort of elitism or exclusivity for owning it - I don't really see a reason to withhold it anymore. Most Imp. Warden and Imperial have to be balanced carefully.Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.0 -

Imperals were never known for their magicka prowise... just famous mages in lore happend to be Imperial. Imperial is the other shield wielding race, the other being redguard. So Red Diamond should be similar to Adrenaline Rush but for health in my opinion.
Red Diamond just needs a buff.

I agree your changes would be nice -but I also still think they should give it to everybody. ESO is now in it's second life cycle - atleast they wish to claim so by calling Morrowind an expansion - there is no longer any real reason to honour the exclusivity of Imperial Edition. (Other than that can still sell it for more money

I agree with what your saying. Now that we have tons of dlcs, 1 new expansion and an imperial edition... the overall cost for everything is quiet high. Giving out Imperial edition would be a nice gesture. Though i would want Red Diamond revamped before that happens

Its not the heal that is a problem, its how you obtain it. 10% chance. Rng sucks.
Say a 25k health character (sample hp), you get 6% hp. Thats 1500 that cannot crit but also cut in half in pvp to 750.
750 hp on a 10% rng is not something to be proud of for pvp. Not to mention only melee, so no ranged attacks.
Compared to Adrenaline Rush which is way more valuable (stam regen) and reliable (100% proc every 5 seconds)... as an Imperial (the other shield weilding race) its a bit unfair in comparison.
A 2k heal would require 33.3k hp. Not many builds have that much health. 66.6k hp for 2k in pvp.
