Should Red Diamond get buffed?

Red Diamond is one passive for the Imperial Race, which has a 10% chance to proc and restore a little health. I have several Imperial characters and while its other pasives are good, Red Diamond is severely lacking because the low proc chance compared to alternatives like Adrenaline rush, and because of the low health restored. I believe this skill/passive could be very useful but not OP if a slight buff is given.Let me know in the poll and comments below!

It would be fine if it could proc on incoming melee attacks too. That would give it some nice utility for more varied build types.

The song needs to be nerfed or taken off of Tamriel's Top 10 Most Liked Songs list. The passive, I really don't even notice, so it might could use something in terms of a slight buff/nerf.

No, Imperial passives are already good enough

Imperials already have the best bonuses to max stats, and I don't wanna trade this for better proc-heals which I don't really need in PvE.

It would be nice if it was decent enough to be used in PvP as even a minor heal. As it stands now its barely worth putting three points into.

I think its fair dont forget some races suffer from passives like "increase health recovery"

I dont know anybody who runs a health recovery build i woul say help those races first

Curiously good timing - recently started a magicka based Imperial and was obviously not worth even putting points in the passive for me so if I were to change it I would make it tick on weapon skill usage plus light/heavy attack rather than just on melee... maybe they thought no-one would want a magicka Imperial...

The tick could be a bit higher because it can be nice in casual PvE but I can't rem,ember it ever really mattering in any other situation but the proc chance should stay low if they were to do that.
