Is the Imperial's "Red Diamond" the worst racial passive in the game? I heard in PvP it loses its effectiveness by half.

    it's still quite useful for solo play, it saved me twice.

    It's garbage, but the Imperial's other bonuses are the best in the game, so it's fine.
