DeHei✭✭✭✭✭Is eclipse pretty much just restored to where it was before it only affected projectiles, but now we can cast it unlimited times?
Can't think of a reason to use solar barrage still. Pulsing could have been a nice touch without cast time, but to be in melee range and having to cast, I guess its good for NPCs? But wonder what they lose in their DPS to try to push that into a rotation
It will be *** again. Its a fakebuff, because they only buff skills nobody is using. Both skills will not be i any damage rotation, both skills are not much more useful then before... Flare need a buff, less damage and no casttime. Eclipse is *** difficult to use right... i dont know just 1 situation where i can use that skill. Maybe in duell against magicka nightblade or magicka sorc (wohooo top skill...)
The biggest problem is see in this skill, is the CC immunity after duration for free. WTF is that???!
