I haven't played both DK and Templar that much, but from what I usually hear on the forums, I'd have thought Templar would've gotten more votes.

PS: 6 pages on this topic and still no valid reason from the Sorcerer voters as to why Sorcs are the worst overall class.
I get the feeling those people were being overly sarcastic.

How many Nightblades have you seen win competitive PVP tournaments before? Zero for me. Open world pvp all stamina classes are great, Nightblade in heavy armour however reaps the least amount of benefits compared to a stam sorc/major mending temp/dk tanky as hell(This patch). Cloak literally having the most counters to an ability in the entire game while being inconsistent, and it's a PVP only ability? Check. Nightblades are really good gankers though. I will say that Morrowind will make things evened out but it's still very clear. People in BIS gear are getting kicked just for playing their favourite class. What is your vote in the poll? I'm generally curious; making multiple comments without a stance as of yet.

I think all the classes have their good and bad points. So I think this is more of a personal preference response due to play-style, player skill, and encounter varients. My weakest class by a country mile would be Sorc, and it's no shock it's a class I dislike playing.

None. I enjoy playing all four classes and different roles. Each has it's own strength. (yes, and some weaknesses - but that is part of the fun)

Everything is subjective, their is no best/weakest class in the game. If the best players who were playing their best class all went up against each other you'd get varying results. Their are so many different ways things could play out, with differing circumstances. Even then a lot of it would come down to luck due to crit and procs.

NB's make amazing tanks, they have better tanking passives, sustain(had) and ult generation than dks.

I think that NB is the current overall worst. For general, non-endgame play, class doesn't matter-- everything performs well.

• For end-game play, Magicka NB is behind all other Magicka builds (PVE-- this is essentially fact or as close as we can get to it being players). We've got the data to show NB is not really played in Trials. And in PVP... I don't think I've got to argue this one.
• Stamina NB is behind all other Stamina builds in DPS (PVE)(possibly on par with Stamina Templar?), and is behind all other Stamina builds in PVP with the exception of a ganking roll (This point is perhaps the most arguable, but I'm fairly confident of it having logged quite a few hours on my stamblade).

Another way to look at this: Templar, Sorc, and DK are all the undisputed kings of at least 1 type of content, while the NB is master of none. Again remember the question was "all around" or "overall" worst.

Stamina DK???? What game you playing man? When built properly a Stam DK is arguably the strongest class in PvP. Its also the strongest stamina class in PvE.

StamDK is the worst Stam class in PvP. It has the lowest damage, no movement abilities, relies on a clunky spammable and is completely outclassed by stamsorc in every area apart from Spell resist.

Oh, and they have the best stam ult in PvP.

Just because you can build a StamDK into an average class with decent damage/sustain etc—that doesn't diminish the fact that every other Stamclass is superior.

I'm not concerned with PvE—because from everything I've read all Stambuilds are sort of pointless in PvE right now. Although, from everything I've read/seen—StamDK is the highest end-game StamDD.

Both MagDK and StamDK are very viable.

Read above for my thoughts on StamDK. It might be "Viable" in the sense that you can at least get some kills with it—it's still the worst Stamclass by a mile.

MagDKs in PvE are great DDs right now—maybe they're borderline unplayable next patch. As far as PvP, they're viable but have the worst sustain in Elder Scrolls. They're great in duels, they're great for Small-scale (2-4 man pvp) everything else—not really. No Magbuild really shines right now in solo play besides MagSorc. There's really no reason to bring a MagDK into organized group play (10-12 man) either as they offer nothing outside of an AoE heal debuff. So you have to ask at that point, do I want another destro ult ticking for 7-8k per sec, or a Standard? I'll take another destro ult.

They do at least have a place in PvP, I must stress that—there are areas where MagDK is BiS. StamDK? No—no to the power of a thousand. Even the people in PvP who want to build fortresses to sit there, hold block and do nothing—even in that Scenario it's better to have a blazplar than a dk.

100% agree. I main a Stam dk but recently switched to stamplar: more damage,more tankyness,same healing and better passives. 1vX is a LOT easier with PoL and jabs. And I'm playing on live servers,I will laugh at stam dks after patch drops

If 65% of the pollsters "subjectively" feel the NB is the worst class shouldn't ZOS make changes to NB's until 25% of those polled "subjectively" think it is the worst class? Out of all the PvP I did, Stam DK's were fodder for every one else. You know that daily challenge in Cyro to get 20 DK? I used to fill my 20 quota is about 2 hours, and my NB in about 3.

But I have seen a MagSorc single handedly get a WB in Craglorn before when you needed a group to take those down. He just made mince meat of that WB as I watched.

I see people hate on NB a lot. I've loved my Stamblade since Beta. Although these days it's kinda what I'm In the mood to play. I sure do love my Stamplar I recently leveled. To bad ZOS bought the biggest nerf gun and obliterated them q_q

As long as:
1. You remain hidden and none of your opponents have a reveal ability (good luck with that)
2. You kill enemies one by one
3. Each enemy you fight dies before they can fight back
4. You target the Sorcs first.

This list is right. In a magical world, you remain permanently invisible, one shot kill every one and disappear before anyone knows you were there, and go enjoy your unicorn frapuchino as every one wonders who just got the whole party killed.

In the world of reality, you might get lucky and take one target out, which if done the Stablade way, means you have to jump them and get in real tight, so no AOE at all, but 1 on 1 upclose and personal, which lands you smack in the middle of the party, who in turn light you up as a xmas tree before you can even realize they saw you. And that is the end of the Stamblade in PVP or PVE unless you got lucky and found a level 10 wearing iron armor with no buffs who was busy picking flowers

None the problem is not the classes it is resource management. All classes have their strengths and weakness the issues that cause failure is lack of resources its why mage dps are the best dps atm easy to maintain your magica reserves that means you can have more health smaller mage reserves. Well that and medium armor is total crap but yeah.
