I noticed in your video Holo towards the end that you went into skelly form. Were you wearing that Pirate Capt. set for the beginning part of the video as well?
I know your showing quite clearly the issue with the gate (perhaps there's more than one bug to it?). I'm just wondering if there are other instances while wearing that set. As if perhaps one animation is messing with the other? The bar swap bug that it had for me is now gone. Seems fixed so far since homestead went live.

✭✭✭✭It happens on elevation about 50/50. Inside towers or anything like that. Basically fight in the open against mass numbers and get boned or go in tower use LOS and get boned.2 -

✭I've had Streak bug up while trying to use the skill just outside of an enemy's Caltrops inside a tower. Pressed it twice on flat ground and the skill just said, 'Nope'.

It would be nice to get a dam response/answer from ZOS regarding this issue.......Its been happening long enough. They can turn cp on and off, add bonuses too Hewsbane and still havent fixed this *** yet.......

✭I, for one, welcome this new crippling bug. It is one those moments when ZOS's appalling lack of QA reached critical level and an additional bug actually caused the game to improve by taking away, from spellslinging cowards, the option to bail out of combat anytime they feel the tide turns against them and, therefore, the option to cherry pick only fights they think they will win.
