What's sad is that I'm getting used to the bug... I've gotten good at judging the distance to places likely to trigger it and time my streaks accordingly. It's still a PITA during combat, though. Especially during combat in keeps.
No streakbug fix in today's patch, W T F are you doing else that this still isn't fixed, omg.

I got hit by the streak bug on a few occasions and it didn't seem like I took any incoming damage while I was frozen in place. I did the dodge animation for a few incoming projectile attacks while stuck in place.
I, for one, welcome this new crippling bug. It is one those moments when ZOS's appalling lack of QA reached critical level and an additional bug actually caused the game to improve by taking away, from spellslinging cowards, the option to bail out of combat anytime they feel the tide turns against them and, therefore, the option to cherry pick only fights they think they will win.
Compared to ineffectual intended nonsolutions such as increased cost, this unintentional glitch has some impact.

Same. This ability should not be allowed to be used in succession. Sorcs have more than enough defenses relative to their massive offensive potential.
If this gets fixed, then shields should take additional damage from critical attacks.

Maybe I'm just bad, but your shields make that AP anything but free to a Khajiit.

sounds like a l2p issue

I can confirm this as well. Haven't had a single problem since switching to Ball of Lightning. Would recommend.

You know what, educate me then.
Apart from putting points into Shattering Blows or whatever the star is, how is a khajiit stamblade supposed to get through those shields?
