This trial takes my guild less than 24 minutes, but on some attempts due to literally between 20-30 game caused disconnects we can sit there for hours just waiting for people to log back in only to run up the steps to a room and blue screen again. This isn't acceptable service. I love this game, and I still have a lot of respect for the people who create these instances because they are amazing, honestly, they are, but this is too much. They break the content every update and don't fix it until nearly the next update, which by then it is soon seemingly scheduled almost to be broken again.

    This isn't some angry exagerration, some post full of people whining or making *** up. This is a post of people experiencing absolutely *** service with an accurate count of literally 35+ days of pure, maladroit trash stability.

    You do. I've dc in sanctum at 3rd switch room like clockwork. Always got a score and ended up on the boards.

Our engineers have poured over the logs we got from that testing, and what we’ve found is that there is some drop-off happening with communication between the game client and server. To give everyone context, any time anything happens in the game – an ability goes off, a passive activates, a sound plays, a particle effect displays – there is communication between the client and server. When a communication drop happens, it can look like anything from a momentary lag spike to freezing to a full disconnect.

    We are still working to identify where those communication drop-offs are happening and why. While the data we got from the live server testing was helpful, we need more. In order to do this, we need to implement additional game logging on the server. This will help us better capture what is happening when a communication disruption occurs between the client and the server (the scenario you all are running into in Trials right now.)

    Implementing the additional game logging we need will require a new console patch, which is currently scheduled for the beginning of May. If we’re able to push the new console incremental patch earlier than that, we certainly will. We appreciate everyone who has helped us gather data about this issue – thank you. And thank you for your patience as we continue to work toward a full resolution.

    Thank you for the update. So realistically it won't be fixed until at least Morrowind. AND it's unlikely Morrowind will even be playable. Definitely NOT buying that up front. Nor should any console player. It should absolutely be a dlc and included in eso plus for console players. No other game I know can have major content broken for 6 months!

    Oh and who do we all need to contact to push up the patch? Microsoft?

    This isn't just in this Trial...it's your whole game. Notice the most recent Xbox one Tech threads regarding disconnections and older bug reports where textures aren't loading

    We've been reporting this for.....over a year now, and while I comprehend that perhaps your patch schedule isn't 100% in your control to update the Xbox game......May is a long way out and considering June, you're releasing another major update, and this is only attempting to fix some problems and monitor further to address the larger repetitive issues ppl report.....

    The state of your game for Xbox one seems to have fallen below any reasonable means for an active customer base.
    Your reply on behalf of the teams of engineers basically says......we have other things to focus on like Morrowind PTS (May timeframe)

    I run a trials guild... may a well be a social guild because of how unplayable your content is. Can't collect data till May!? But can release new content!? I personally will not be paying for Morrowind and I'm removing my ESO Plus. Minecraft has better servers then this disgrace.

    Interesting as I just picked this up on their recent sale. If this comes under the PS4 pro and Xbox Scorpio focus, I'll definitely grab it. My computer isn't up to par for the higher end demands of that game graphically but it still looks amazing on my lower end pc.
