    For me.
    1) offensive crown store pricing
    2) boring grinding
    3) unimaginative questing and content (compared to the other elderscrolls game that attracted many of us to this mmo).

Good answer. I pretty much agree with this. That and too much RNG, and the casino crates thing.

One. The PVE Balance and design. Quite frankly I have a big issue with how the combat lead continues to design PVE and the content. The hardcore pandering and quite frankly pidgeon holey design is not something I have interest in.

Two. The Performance issues. Only game that has this many issues on multiple PC's. Only game I know of that goes down for matience at 4 AM, for four hours on a good day.

Three. The community. This is one of the most toxic communities I've ever seen.

    1) RNG
    2) Grind-based Gameplay
    3) Game Perfomance

I severely dislike the direction the game is going in. Forcing grinds for everything? Really? ESO, the game the devs have described as "not an MMO" and as a more casual friendly game, is focused on forced grinding now? It started with Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood. You couldn't access basic quest content unless you grinded out faction ranks, but the grinds were uninspired and dull. Homestead introduced decoration crafting, which was good, but you can't decorate your own home through crafting without MASSIVE amounts of grinding. It's ridiculous.

Most of my guildmates don't even want to bother with house decoration because farming mats like Bast and Heartwood are annoying, never mind the cost of blueprints (which have come down, but you can't preview a blueprint before buying it, making a lot of decorations guesswork).

I don't mind gear-based grinds, or even grinds for challenges. However, basic content in ESO has become grind-focused, and the game has started to lose massive appeal, and fast. I want to play the game, not endlessly grind just to make a chair. I've got 20K+ other wood crafting mats. Why can't I make a Maple or Ruby Wood chair? Heartwood frustrates me to no end, and I don't find the game "fun" with the current update.

I love decorating! I love it. I want to decorate my house, experiment, play, be proud of it, but spending hours farming enough heartwood to make a dresser only to realize "Great, only 100 more furniture pieces to go..."

    1. Orsinium was a major crash happy place. Whenever I even looked at the city gates the game would crash, and then the game would suffer crash loops thus becoming unplayable.

    2. This game's PvP is the worst I've ever experienced in a competitive multiplayer. More so about the playerbase than the mechanics.

-RNG, and by that I mean dodge chances, proc sets and overperfoming crit damage in pve environments.

-The max magicka/stamina madness, that has made the game so stale.

    -No trasmog system.

Actually I'd change the last reason with Animation Cancelling. Not saying it shouldn't be used... It's just it feels broken and ugly AF to see.

All of the above. Plus ZOS's "I don't care attitude" as they completely ignore many issues reported by players. Seems with every update more issues surface or previous issues just get worse. Oh and lets not leave out their customer service. Heck 95% of the time you get a standard reply that has nothing to do with the reason of the initial request. I really feel they don't even read or comprehend what is being reported.

I did leave for a short while around a year ago. It was because:
    1. I hated the linear questing system and often progressed faster than I levelled, leaving me in near impossible to solo zones with nothing to do in the others.
    2. Performance wasn't great for me, but that was because of my slow internet speed at the time.
    3. Crowns- on my xbox I hated buying content and it only being available on one account, I worried if something ever happened to my account I'd have wasted money.

2015: Outleveling content, veteran ranks, endgame ghetto ("gray world syndrome"). Left again.

2017: Still here. Plenty of complaints, but not enough to drive me away just yet.

Nothing within this game, although some annoyances here and there, has the ultimate affect that would cause me to quit cold turkey (thus far.) Elitism.. so, you guys have every skins, achievements and awards, from every hardcore mode trials and can breeze through vMA in your sleep and top every leader's board.. ha ha, whatever. So you're good in playing a video game; good for you all, brag away. So, you're saying other build and dps are crap; whatever.. go pound sand. So, you're kicking others left and right out of dungeons or trials; whatever, there are plenty of other folks within the games who are team players. However:

    1. Toxic nature/content within the ESO community on zone chat.. if there was no option to turn off zone chat, yes, I would have left ESO.

    2. Persistent lagging and crashing.. For me, I would say, I don't know, it occurs about 20-25% (not mathematically calculated, of course) of my entire history of gameplay, thus far. If the lagging/crashing would have occurred 40% or more of the time, yes, that would be probably be a game ender.

    3. No DLC, expansion or additions.. if there was no new DLC, festivals or expansion that have occurred or pending, then yes, this game would be too boring and monotonous.

Overall.. thank goodness for the timely additions of new contents, ZOS/tech's ability to mitigate the lagging/crashing and other technical/mechanical nuisances of the game (as much as they could), and being able to shut off zone chat, as well as having soloable contents.

If I had experienced any of the problems other people have listed then I imagine I could well have considered leaving, but as I haven't the question hasn't arisen. I'm at least as happy with the game as I was when it launched, probably more so really as it continues to improve.

I know that sounds like a fanboi answer, but it's a genuine one. The only thing that would improve the game greatly in my view would be opening up the trading system to all players but the present restricted setup doesn't make me want to leave, I just make as little use of the guild traders as I do of the crown store. So far as the latter is concerned, I just carry on subbing as I did at the outset and nothing has really changed for me.

RNG, Loading Screens and Endless bugs are sure up there.

I'd also like to add lack of new content. Done everything a thousand times now and basically just logging in to do writs then I'm playing other games. Hoping Morrowind expansion will reel me back in. Housing materials are too hard to come by to completely deck out a house without paying for it in crowns, which I decided months ago I was going to stop buying.

"Considered" leaving isn't the same as "is leaving". A lot of people consider leaving because of X, Y or Z. It doesn't mean they are. Sometimes it's frustrations with development direction, focusing on nickle-and-diming customers, bad support, poor game performance, etc. It's fine to ask questions of what people think about it.

1: Mobility nerfs in TG which nerfs playstyles which involve mobility as a defense.
2: Poisons from DB which dumb down the game.
3: 101 snares and roots in Cyrodill (ties in with mobility nerfs).
Overload rework. Power Overload now does physical damage and grants you the power of a tornado: You throw a brick at the target with a light attack, and you hammer your head into that brick with every heavy attack. We have decreased its Ultimate cost, but increased the chance that you get stuck in the animation.

    -Pvp balance ruining pve.
-developer decisions on game balance. (I.e., lets nerf critical hit damage multipliers, ya kno, just cuz)
    - developers don't seem to hear ppl with valid alternatives to the nerfs they propose on pts before launching them on live.

As you can see, yes I'm a bit salty over the recent nerfs.
