It'd be nice if they did more, and/or acknowledged it's a real pain for those of us who only have X amt of time to spend on their game. Esp. those who pay for ESO plus.

They deleted our servers, eating our chars for dinner, they also said that there will be a 1 month rollback, they also said, that every player would get 10K gold and one free rare mount of their choice, 20 Exp scrolls and 20 crown crates for free as compensation!!!

Unfortunately I am paid up until next july. For members like me who have paid for playing time in advance, there really is no retribution unless zennimax would compensate us in some way for once.0 -

elvenmad✭✭✭✭✭well.........i was playing no issues for the past few hours, game just crashed, now cant get back in, game stuck on never ending loading screen followed by 'login timeout' , also getting warning from google this forum is not safe

cyberjanet✭✭✭✭✭Really guys, you aren't paying for playing time. You can play whether you pay or not, as long as you bought the game. Try that in Aion Free to Play, where you can't actually access the whole game unless you pay a monthly fee.The sub buys you a stack of crowns, and gets you access to the DLC, which you can try out before you spend the crowns acquiring it permanently. Plus you get some extra XP and loot % and the new crafting bag. And the crowns are cheaper than buying them through the Steam Store usually. Sure, getting a regular supply of crowns is a good way to support a game you like playing, but you don't have to buy them or even spend them on playing time in order to play.
Yes, the downtime is a ***; especially when you have limited playing time and a whole free evening has been thrown out the window. If they could refund me my evening, that would be great; unfortunately it's not even possible. Someone has a day off work, and he can't play because there's downtime. ZOS can't refund him his day off. You can decide to stop supporting the game, or even to go off and play something else; preferably a RPG that doesn't need maintenance ever. But in the end you bought the game and you can play it without paying more for as long as ZOS is in business and running the servers.
I know that the game started out as being a pay to play game. That is what is coming back to bite them, worst business model ever.Favourite NPC: Wine-For-All

6 months of ESO Plus $78 78/6=12.33 and for the math just say 12... that's 50 cents an hour... $15 for 1500 crowns is 100 crowns for $1 so 50 crowns for 1/2 hour 4 hrs down that's 200 crowns. What that translates to in the store is that you could buy 4 color sets.
Always amazes me that people think there is a great deal to be gained by unscheduled downtime. I would say that 4 color sets isnt worth making a stink about since you can unlock them all with achievements.

That's not about downtime. I don't need some cents. It's about the whole principles of good will and attitude towards the players. This issue have made people feel worried, unstable etc. The logic says we could get something as a bonus, ingame ones would be the most suitable, just a sign, not necessary crowns or any other solid advantages. And devs perfectly know which players had an issue so it's not about giving something to those who doesn't need any apologizes....

I logged in for the first time since the "One Tamriel" update. If there was a fix it didn't apply to me. All my characters/purchased items/everything, gone! Over 300+ hours! This is BS! If there was a fix why wasn't mine fixed?! I'm seriously contemplating leaving ESO. I logged in picked my correct server AND intro movie/creation screen. I filed a ticket yesterday still no info. WTF?! Poor customer service.We must fall, before we can rise.0 -

Check if you are on the right server.
On the log in screen, after firing up the game, click "Server" right under "Play" and select the server you made your characters on.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
