No. Your only options are Bound or Not Bound. Not Bound will show either as nothing (no binding possible unless you dye it, like a generic nonset items), as "Bind On Equip", as "Bind On Pickup", or as "Backpack Bind On Pickup". Which one of these it shows for an unbound item is hard-coded into the itemization tables and cannot be tweaked by messing with item codes.
