map is all yellow @ 7:50AM EST fyi

I gentley advised the AD here that pvdooring will make things difficult for prime time AD [which isnt as organized as these guys are] and another yellow complained that we'd have no action between now and mid-day.

Some of these yellows look like they are Haderus

AD is wearing us down with shear numbers, and sadly I have seen many EP jump over to AD to be on the winning side, guess those gold rewards are more important than loyalty.

But it felt good taking Alessia and Roe yesterday for the dethrone which they were defending with all their might.
At the Roe battle after the dethorne defeating AD DC had to show up of course but they got beat back too. lol

How ever it turns out it has been a fun campaign.

was on DC this morning...took about 40 minutes just to get back aleswell...

I think it may have been about 10 pages or so ago, but, at one point I described AD as a bunch of lovable "losers" (a lot of cool people, but constantly in third in scourge) - yeah, not so much the case for the last 2 months or so...

right now AD is up by about 1k...

need to look at changing up my orc templar a bit...right now I have 32 points in stamina, 20 points in health and 12 points in magicka, been using him as a tank in dungeons which works fine, but, this morning kept running into people cutting through my armor and health like it was butter, ugh...

the other day got hit with onslaught for the first time, starting to see it more and more on my death recaps now...

was trying to use unstoppable, entropy and radiant oppression on one bar with my lightening staff, other bar is SnB with rune focus, pierce armor and biting jabs...both bars have repentance and BoL...warrior mundus...

he wears black rose and dreugh king so he can hit and sustain well, but, I think I may need to figure out a way to stick at least 40 points into my health...

it's funny, been playing now for over a year and a half, and, I'm still spending a good bit of time switching up gear, abilities and resources just to get the right "feel" - i think it may just be one of my favorite aspects of the game :)

@geonsocal You die so fast due to physical penetration and proc sets. Wearing Heavy Armor won't be enough in most cases. You'll need access to MAjor Ward/Major Resolve [those two buffs increase you spell/physical resistances by 5.2k]

Templar has it inside of Rune Focus, DK Spiked Armor, Sorc Boundless Storm, NB get it wearing heavy armor + activating a Shadow abilitiy.

    @Takes-No-Prisoner

Lol I always tell AD I'm spying and get a little abuse from a few players for it. All part of the fun.
Weird to see AD take the entire map early morning then lose everything by night. The evening was dedicated to Sejanus for some reason. Not sure why some group didn't skip it and take Blue Road behind them.
Just been trying to defend the last DC scroll this morning but this night capping is driving players away and defending is impossible (although we did wipe them a good few times before yellow reinforcements showed up). It's a little frustrating. When DC used to take the map I went and did something else because it's no fun zerging a handful of players. Seems like a desperate move to beat EP.

I don't know man xD guess it depend wich time you play. I log each morning to a yellow map with like 15 total DC playing. Not so interesting battles.

This morning is little different. Little bit more people, 1 bar DC, 1 bar EP and..... Of course...3 bar AD. AD own all the map except one Blue keep.

    Gate camping....
Warden just fell, 15 DC vs 50 AD

This is a great thread and this month has been a great campaign. Although any campaign AD is winning is a great campaign.

Thanks to all of you for making this hella fun.

My latest new skill to try out is the Propelling Shield morph of siege shield. Range for days on keep defense. It's kind of awkward to use but at least I get the regen bonus for having a support ability slotted. I play Destro/Resto magic Templar so if anyone has a suggestion on a different skill to try let me know and I'll test it out. I'm curious to see if purifying light can do anything in a giant battle. Trying different non-optimal skills is how I learned to love Total Dark.

howdy @ballcap...and, a very happy Monday to ya, wherever in the world you might be :)

before I forget - thanks for stopping by and kicking in @ethanthefox (i like your ID :p)...

most definitely ballcap, trying out different skills and gear sets is one of the most addictive aspects of the game...I just recently slotted "eclipse", after reading about here on our thread :), can't wait to morph to total dark...

okay, so I checked in this morning on the war - it is starting to appear as though yellow is the new blue...

I know the map can look drastically different to players depending on where (and, more importantly - when) they play...this morning (around 9am pst) checked the map and AD was about by 2k now, and, they were slotted to receive 82 points are the next eval (yeah, they're everywhere in the map at the moment)...

I'm not really privy to all the "high end" plot is involving the different pvp guilds - but, something happened about a week or so ago to turn the balance between EP and AD...

I'm really hoping that DC, and especially EP are able to dig their heels in, call in reinforcements and see if they can slow down the AD train that is rolling down the tracks at the moment...

I'm not sure whats up with DC. Past couple campaigns last year, they seemed a lot more coordinated. What happened?

Allmadian / NesquikKid can't be the only peeps running groups on blue.

Thanks for the welcome Geon, you guys appear to be a bunch of nice folks. Nah there's not a lot of organised groups running on DC side to be honest. There is but limited and def not at all time. Lot of solo players wandering here and there looking for non-zergy style side battles. Also I dont think Nesquick as been playing DC lately, seems to be playing EP this campaign.

you guys appear to be a bunch of nice folks

appearances can be deceiving, cuz - I'd love to pour oil on ya >:) ...and, "takes no prisoners" - literally takes no prisoners (ruthless :))...

@Curragraigue though has taken pity on me before and let me slink away...

yeah though, miracles of miracles - we're actually a group of players whom like talking about builds, the balance (or inbalance :#) of our map and good fights, love talking about good fights :p

not always easy to have a group of mature (??? - I've now reached the age where the word mature ain't always that much a compliment) players get together to discuss a map from many different perspectives...

I've read some of the other campaign threads and it's mostly a lot of butt hurt folks lashing out at anyone...

if you enjoy pvping, we'll then - sooner than later you're gonna die to proc sets, poisons, zergs, ganking and just about every other conceivable way to die (oh yeah, almost forgot - lag, that'll get ya too)...

what time do you normally play on (eastern standard time as reference)...

I'm out in so cal, so - i'm normally playing from somewhere between 9pm and 3am est...

Edit: The big irony of this thread, pretty much everyone reading or kicking in on the thread is much better than I am...that always makes me smile when I read stuff here and see folks out on the map...

happy gaming trails and loose tales - geo

Yeah of course we all die down there. What I dislike is being t-bagged while im vastly outnumbered haha. Far from being a pro tho but also not a scrub. Like smallscale but being part of big figths can be also pretty fun sometime. Been hoping on and off between PvE and PvP but I really preferred IC when it was actually populated. So heres little bit about me haha. I enjoy friendly competitive PvP so im glad like you said that this tread kinda is. I'll remember the oil Geon. ;)

@geonsocal It's funny when some pc gamers assume console players are mostly kids, yet there is nothing childish going on in this thread.
Regardless of which alliance we fight for we are all gamers. It's nice to occasionally psn message that person that skilfully slaughtered you and find they are very modest and friendly. Same applies here, lots of cool people.

This is the only PS4 na thread that hasn't been closed down I think lol. We've had some in the past that just got a little ugly and devs closed it down. But still, the salt from players is the same across all platforms. Nice to see this one staying 100% peaceful :)

Yeah it's been a great chat. I haven't been on much pvp this week but been in action today kicking butt. As for the pvdooring
After logging in this morning I am beginning to agree, this honorless play is getting out of hand.
To those in this thread and the AD that gave us good fights I salute you, to the night cappers I can only shake my head at.
That is mainly Boulder Dab Squad which I run in their groups all the time. Trust we ain't hitting no empty keeps there's always fights until like 3/4 am for me pst but then within two hours D.C. And EP ok again. The reason why we have that strong night group is we all got use to logging on that time to def against the Australian D.C. Zergs that pushed us to the gate for 3 campaigns straight. I am trying to address with some higher AD not to hold gates or hold enemy water keeps while no population on though so we don't demoralize and poison campaign. I use our prime example. When D.C. Did it to us instead of getting organzined a lot of AD left besides good dabs and hash, dab aldermi dab, and kass solo guild. But then when it started getting fair fights that's when a bunch AD from haddy came and we had ups on the numbers. But seems it's been balancing out populations this campaign just a matter of knowing when to pull back from enemy to keep em in play and a healthy campaign

got a chance to get in tonight...I'll tell ya - for whatever reason, the players whom have always fascinated me since I started playing are the "unkillable" tanks...

it just amazes me how one player can withstand 6 or more players unloading on them, and, never really be in danger of dying...

ran into a player named 'goodguy' for DC...I've seen them out there a bunch of times already...it's really hard not to notice someone when they constantly have a half dozen or so enemy players following them around trying to kill em...

saw a couple of enemy nightblades taking full advantage of every one focused on the tank and sneaking in and wiping most of the players attacking the tank - yep, I got caught napping twice like that :#

had someone use the vomit emote on me, I had a chance to kill them I short time before that and danced on them for awhile...good fun, but seriously who slots the vomit emote, yuch :)

Yes ignore the tank in an organized group, it is amazing how many players will attack my Templar when they could be doing more damage on the rest of my group, either that or they have a contract out on me!

just watched the vvardenfall trailer; and, battlegrounds is on the way...not that crazy about the size of the teams (too small): 4 x 4 x 4 - however, i'm super psyched to have the opportunity to just jump into a battle and have at it...

i wonder if the teams will be segregated by alliances? hope not...

at this point the only two races i currently have not played are argonian and khajiit - looks like they are destined to be wardens :)

never played morrowind, so i'm missing out on some of the vivec and clockwork city hype, but, i'm sure it'll be fun...

the very touchy subject of charging (i think it's 40 USD) for this "expansion" is not really bugging me too much...

to be honest - considering the amount of time i play this game, and, its entertainment value for me - i feel my monthly sub, plus whatever crowns i buy to upgrade/enhance my game is pretty worthwhile...

to be honest - although we can't see specifically our time played in game - i know for a fact i've sunk a lot of time into this game - a lot of time :#

Edit: oh my goodness - i just thought of the ultimate embarrassment - getting kicked from the group while in battlegrounds, ugh...hopefully it never happens to me...

i've managed to avoid ever getting any dungeon kicks - but, that's just cuz i play with my buddy when i do dungeons...yikes...

Edit to the Edit: can't wait to we have bears biting and attacking us from every different angle while playing in cyro - charge of the bear brigade...we'll have bears coming out of the woodwork :)

Considering there are 3 alliances it would make since that 4x4x4 means all three.
More concerned about destro ults and Blazing Shield builds in small spaces.
Hope there will be some rules.

I have mixed emotions on the cost after subbing 3 years on PC and almost 2 now on PS4.
30 hours of play is marginal to call it an expansion.

And bears? I'd watch out for those Cliff Racers!
