Actually..... I played for about an hour the other night. That "zerg" you talk about was maybe 12 people if that. We did have some random DC people who crossed the map to get in on our ap, but it was hardly a zerg. PUGz gets accused of being a zerg all the time. Kinda like when 6 GoNB members wipe whole groups they get accused of it too. #learntocount.

Just get Miat's, disable the really stupid settings, and you'll have a good count on numbers. Now I'm the guy that corrects people in TS on numbers. It's helpful because sometimes in a small group you might wipe to ten but it feels like twenty. It's nice to know the approximate numbers so you can start to compare fights and analyze them.

This past weekend I got to hang out with Sora and gadrïïr

I had a hard time keeping up but I was impressed with the group. I remember one time AD was trying to take Roe back and we came thru the breach and wiped them.

When we were done I said something like "I think we just hurt ADs feeling"

Probably not since none of the regulars played last week. The new players that you wiped probably had no clue who any of you were.

Seriously? I've been good by not commenting on your "Dreamy Imagination", but a few days ago I was there when the Pugz held down Allessia, and Sej. We totally wiped EP several times, and they gave up and took Empty Bleakers, and Ales.

LOL I figured that was you. That was the best tactic of the night. You held ground across a map with no way to get back or intention to. So yeah taking breaks, Ales well, bruma, and Dragon we the easiest things to take while you were stuck on an island. Then ad pushed into your territory taking ash and glade forcing you to give up Sej and brk. In the end, you got pushed all the way back to Rayles and Warden causing what ever you were doing at BRK to be a waste of time.
And that was your entire faction in one keep. Don't forget how many times you and your zerg keep dying to 9 people every time we engage you, bae.

First of all, it was not a tactic, it was pure YOLO. We're pretty much always the main DC group working our asses to cap stuff and we figured out that for once, we'd just do whatever the *** we felt like.

And yes, you guys took bleak and ALES and AD took ASH, but we didn't loose Glade. We came back to our side of the map and recapped our home stuff. Now maybe what you're talking about happened later (idk I logged off after our home keeps) but certainly not when we were messing on your side.

And just fyi, Emily left the PUGz recently and was not even in our zerg 95% of the time anyway so idk whats up with all the zerg accusations.

I'm just tired of this Elitist mentality that I see everywhere nowadays. Its not cause you killed someone 1v1 that it's a bad person or even bad player. Some players are just trying new stuff out, or maybe their gear is getting old or maybe he's just having a bad day! And don't forget that WE WERE ALL Newbs once. Those new players need time to get better.

That's why my guild will always be open to everyone, good or bad, Ts no TS. We will work together and get better.
I consider myself as a pretty good player now (on magdk at least) but I will never be an Elitist and spit on the new players...

Sorry for the rant, I just held those thoughts for a while.

Agreed. I've always held the notion that this game is not built for small scale battles, but built for large scale conflicts. Numbers win, just like IRL conflicts. It can be frustrating when you are always outnumbered, but population changes. We are seeing that flux once again. Momentum and numbers are beginning to sway to EP. Will it continue next month? Maybe... maybe not.

What makes somebody a good player is not determined by their gear or stats. I run in 6-10 under-leveled gear every campaign because i'm too lazy to craft new gear every hour. What makes a player good is the ability to prove that numbers dont make a difference. 10 of us killed 34 of those DC in that picture before finally dying. If 34 people kill 10 after getting farmed, I hardly consider that skill. That just makes them one-third of a player compared to the average person.

p.s. that's not 12 DC
