This one does not advocate for any class to be nerfed. There are far deeper underlying issues then a simple "Class Imbalance". The Champion System is the problem. Not classes.

- Remove / Change CPs System, remove current CP/noCP campaigns and introduce one 30days with lock, one with no locks
- Fix crashes when approaching a keep under attack because of bad / wrong rendering prioritization system
- Change emperorship to value faction score points and not alliance points - see this and this
- Fix long loading screens (mostly caused by players joining group out of rendering range)
- Add 2 more quickslots to the wheel or add a different wheel for sieges weaponry only
- Fix Balista Bolts not dealing damage on walls or doors if deployed at a certain place
- Release bigger battlegrounds with 8 to 16 players per team and only two teams
- Fix the permanent block animation - see examples : link1 link2 link3 link4 link5
- Gives players 10 minutes to get back into Cyrodiil after relogging / crashing
- Add a function to ignore the Claiming system of useless rewards
- Improve the Mailing System / Rewards of the Worthy stacking

You can't really get away with hasty retreat in heavy like you can in medium. You have cost reduction in green tree rather than regen, you have 0.5-1 second of immunity from shuffle. Thing is, you can't really survive in medium like you can in heavy. I'm tellin ya, streak on a stamplar would be ultimate cheese OPness. It would give the class everything.
Well you'd only get 2 streaks from a full magicka bar. One is not enough to get you out of gap closing range, you'd have to streak through them to get the second one off in time.

On my Sorc, I'd take Breath of Life/Honor the Dead to replace the Healing Ward.
Why: This would enable a S&B Support Bar. Also grants a more reliable, and instant, self heal.
On my Stamplar, I'd take Hurricane to replace Restoring Focus.
Why: Mobility + Resistance. Can still Proc Major Mending from Extended Ritual, albeit much more expensive than Restoring Focus. But I'd take the trade off.Edited by Vexzarium on August 17, 2016 6:38AMPC-NA

Two streaks are better than none. Though admittedly, with restoring focus and purify, the magicka costs of these three skills might be too much for one little stamplar to handle. I say, let's give Templar streak and test it out

I'm complaining more about shuffle than the range of crescent sweep. I don't have much trouble hitting magic users. Isn't it considered an AOE?
I've actually switched to shooting star anyways, and I've really enjoyed using it in pvp.0 -

Creasant sweep is very good this patch. But requires practice to get the full dmg (have to face your targets).
