To anyone being honest with themselves, the set is overperforming. Yes it is not proccing 20k+ heals randomly anymore. Yes, the bug was fixed. However, the set remains very unbalanced in pvp.
Especially brutal when youre being hit by dots and attacks like rapid strikes and jabs. Instant procs. I was yelling at templars to stop jabbing the guy so I could burst him down properly as he lay on the ground fully healing over and over. Tanks not even managing stam with this laying on the ground unless faced with proper burst builds. All the more reason that burst is needed over dot/sustain-challenging playstyles. Try dueling a malubeth with lots of dots and rapidstrikes. Its pretty silly!

This game is already about burst. You said it yourself, YOU knew how to burst him down, the others didn't. So it's not the fault of the set for being "OP" it's the fault of other players for not knowing how to properly counter it
Yeh, it needs to be major mending.
Would solve a lot of the issues.
It's pretty clear the set is still providing bugged heals as have been observed in videos and screenshots. But players see only what they want to.To anyone being honest with themselves, the set is overperforming. Yes it is not proccing 20k+ heals randomly anymore. Yes, the bug was fixed. Actually it still is last I checked.
Whatever bug they supposedly fixed didn't appear to fix anything that I noticed. Lots of vids posted showing it broken since that patch, unless you're referring to the last two weeks - I stopped using it so I wouldn't know if they did a stealth fix during that time.

How to fix this, I'm not sure. Minor mending would likely give 8% increase to heals and would be worth exploring, would give classes without major a decent but balanced buff but would still leave the stacking with major mending issue.
Catch 22. You want to stop it from stacking for classes with major mending, so I understand the attractiveness of giving it major mending. But on the other hand, giving the set major mending creates a BIS end all set that would buff the classes without it unimaginably.
