I'm honestly tired of the argonian debate, I'm going to explain what I believe that argonians should receive;
Resourceful - Increase Magicka Regeneration by 5/10/15% and Health Regeneration by 2/4/6%
Hist Knowledge - Increase Magicka by 2/4/6% and Stamina by 2/4/6%
Healthy Glow - Increase Healing Received by 9% and Healing done by 9%

My reasoning behind the Resourceful passive is that there aren't any magicka regeneration races, but since argonians shouldn't be a top notch magicka race I added health recovery too.
Hist Knowledge Increases your Max Magicka and Stamina because argonians, likewise, have always been adept at magic AND combat.
Healthy Glow incorporates healing done for healers and Healing Received is somewhat a loose way to bring back histskin.

I have several problems with these suggestions.
1) Poison/Disease resist is a staple for Argonians and you have removed it. Similar to Nords having Frost Resist, Dunmer having fire resist and Bretons having Spell Resist, Argonians and Poison/Disease resist is a given for the race. It honestly just needs to be boosted to a higher number (feel 3500 would be alright) and have it work on the debuff effect of crafted poisons and it's good to go.
2) Resourceful seems a bit weird. Seeing as health stats are normally higher than stamina/magic stats, seeing it lower hear just seems very strange. I'd rather Resourceful be a pure magic regen stat, similar to Bosmer's Stamina regen, or for it to be the magic version of the the Khajiit Consitution Robust passive and have 15%/10% regen in health and magic respectively, or a 3rd option of a magic and stamina regen passive with the health regen part removed all together.
3) Hist Knowledge is no different from Dunmer Dynamic passive, so why the name change other than theatrical effect? Petty thing I know but I honestly have to ask why not just put Dynamic there instead of a different name with the same benefit.
4) Healthy Glow is over the top by all account, since the effect stacks on self heals. If you think Malabeth is bad now, imagine on an Argonian with that passive. Also, again, an unnecessary name change to a racial is unnecessary

I do agree with your points, and I was wondering about how the argonian racial passives would like, with your ideas stacked on mine. Would you prefer something like this:
Resourceful - Increase Magicka Recovery by 4/8/10% and Health recovery by 4/8/10%
Argonian Resistance - Increase poison/disease Resistance by 5820 and Increase Max Magicka by 5% and Max Stamina by 5%
Quick to Mend - Increase Healing received and done by 5%
Edit: Another thing that I would like to add is that all the new racial passives have been posted except for argonian and imperial, which most likely means that argonians and imperials are being worked on. (They are posted here: http://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Racial+Skills)
A nord is still just a slightly weaker imperial; why ever pick it?
